The guy who usually works inside is friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy talking with customers. It's nice to walk into a convenience store and get more than a quick transaction. He's always been pleasant and willing to chat for a minute while ringing people up. The pumps outside definitely show their age. They're not the newest or flashiest you'll find, but they work, and that's really all I care about when I'm filling up. I don't need a gas pump to look like it belongs in a spaceship. I just need it to pump gas without any drama. One thing this place has going for it is location. It's easy to get in, easy to get out, and convenient when you're passing through the area. Nothing particularly stands out beyond that, but sometimes a gas station doesn't need to be anything more than convenient, reasonably priced, and staffed by nice people. Overall, it's a perfectly average stop that does what I need it to do. Not a destination, but a solid option when I'm nearby and need to fill the tank.

"Hang out at a convenience store all day, John?" Yes, why not? As far as I can tell tons of people do this already- most every day! If there is a downside, it's due to the location, on the outskirts of Olneyville, where are some sketchy people. Someone attempted to panhandle me outside the store on my first visit. The hours are good, I believe they're open until midnight, most nights... they offer a bit of everything; household cleaning products, toiletries, non-perishable foods, snacks, ice cream, milk, eggs, etc. While you're buying a pack of smokes, you can also pick up a bootleg DVD or a bong. My only complaint is that it's a little stinky in here. It smells... stale. Oh plus... parking can be a pain in the butt sometimes, as well as trying to get in and out of the lot; it's really quite small. Also, I'm not sure how much longer this place is going to be around because rumor has it that a TD Bank is taking over this little plaza within the next couple of years.
