I parked in the lot where the GPS leads to and entered through the main entrance. We walked through the halls until we started to smell the coffee, indicating to us that we were close. We arrived, and of course, it was the last business. We realized it would've been a lot wiser to park on the street by ISCO the distillery and walk in directly through their entrance. I liked the ambiance; it was very calm with the dim lights and soft tunes (loved their playlist). I also noticed they have different plants all around which caught my attention. I decided to get iced chai latte, and my mom went for the matcha. We took our drinks to a table. They have about 8 tables inside the space as well as a couple tables out in the hallway where there is better lighting and maybe more loud conversation or collaboration friendly. I loved the chai latte. It was very creamy with a cinnamon flavor to start but ended with the taste of cardamom. My mom also enjoyed her matcha but she wished it were hot instead of warm. It reminded me with so many memories. We always roasted our coffee beans at home. I stopped by and realized they don't have a coffee shop. Checked out the website and ordered only two bags to try it for the first time. They have single origin organic coffee beans, light roast. That is my favorite combo. And to our surprise, it was absolutely phenomenal. Delivered overnight fresh. It's been almost 3 years with them and it's been the best coffee every single time. I do appreciate good coffee. On our first trip we got the iced honey bee and iced matcha. The honey bee was delightful and sweet but not too sweet. While the matcha was probably some of the best matcha I've had. We came back the next day and ordered 3 of the matchas. It is veteran owned and they offer military discount. Second, there are so many windows which bring in a lot of natural sunlight, but they also have some lights inside to supplement. Third, they have different seating options like couches or tables and in different parts of the place. Next, the person behind the counter was very welcoming and efficient. Lastly, I ordered the mango mint matcha and it was delicious and looked pretty. I do wish the mint flavor was stronger, but I wasn't mad about the mango flavor being dominant. The matcha was excellent and tasted high quality since it wasn't chalky or powdery. I will definitely be going back to try other things on their menu, including food items which I did not get to try this time around.
