The Coffee Cup is such a cute spot with great aesthetic vibes -- cozy, bright, and the kind of place you actually want to sit and stay awhile. I ordered a hot matcha without milk, and it was delicious. Smooth, well-balanced, and not overly bitter. Simple order, but they did it right. Only thing is they are definitely over priced.

Love stopping by The Coffee Cup for their speciality lattes and their Redbull Refresher. I usually add lemonade and a flavoring to my refresher - it hits the spot when you need to work a long shift at the mall. They have a nice selection of baked goods as well. I really liked the cinnamon babka. They have a rewards system as well which is really great if you go often. I would definitely recommend trying their seasonal drinks. Staff is always friendly and service is pretty quick as well.

If you come to Providence Mall, this is the best coffee stop. Hazelnut chocolate is perfect for a cold New England day. Americano is very good. Staff are pleasant. The atmosphere is lovely here, green friendly.

I always notice people sitting, with laptops and different treats inside and today was the day to give it a shot~ I ordered a ice matcha latte and the barista offered if I wanted to add sweet cold foam, where a large list was pointed out above the counter, of all the flavors offered. It was such a long list, and I was pleasantly surprised! I got a lavender cold foam, matcha latte! I was having an off day, and the staffs simple kind treatment and and patience of me picking out a good treat for myself made my day~ Clean and chill place to stop and take a shopping breather!

Was on our way to another coffee place in the mall, but the ambiance of The Coffee Cup stopped us in our tracks. The storefront is bright, yet calm and we knew we had to stop in! I ordered a brown sugar cinnamon oat milk latte and the person who took our order helped my husband decide in an iced strawberry green tea. Both drinks surpassed our expectations! They were so delicious and exactly what we needed. We also ordered a warm blueberry muffins that was incredible as well. Do yourself a favor and bypass the larger chains in the mall. Stop into The Coffee Cup instead. I promise you won't regret it!

Delicious coffee! Terrific customer service ! And the space is definitely insta worthy. I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted caramel flavor or hazelnut flavor and asked if I can be "Surprised" and she definitely passed the vibe check. I also decided to try the sugar cookie which was also bomb it's not too sweet and pretty big! I just wish they weren't only located in the mall because I want this coffee shop everywhere!!

As you walk in there are seats on your left and right. The cashier is about 15 feet from entrance. It has an outdoor feel because of the green plant back wall. The cashier was very nice and energetic. Orders were taken with ease. We ordered a hot cappuccino and iced cold brew black. Both drinks came out perfect. Cappuccino has good amount of foam. Iced cold brew black was very refreshing and smooth. Drinks came out quickly and with quality. We didn't think we'd find something good. Thought it would've been Dunkin' quality, but it's 100 times better! Price is reasonable. They have croissants and bakery items that looked good. Will have to try them on our future visits. We can only recommend the two drinks we ordered.

I appreciated how simple their menu selection was, and it was just so cute and cozy. Of course I had to take advantage of the photo op. It's such a trend now. Overall the vibe was awesome. I really enjoy treating myself to a nice latte from here once in a while.. I usually make my own lattes at home, so now and then I can afford a pricey latte at $10.. definitely not an everyday thing. They have great coffee quality though I must say. It is pretty cute in here, but There is not much space to sit inside, maybe about seven seats, but it's located inside of Providence Place mall so you have to park in the parking garage, which is free for the first two hours. They do open before the mall so check out their hours and definitely give them a try. The staff is pretty nice and they are also pretty convincing lol. read more

This cute coffee shop inside the mall is conveniently located next to the Apple Store, so one can grab a quick cup of coffee while waiting for their phone or MacBook to be serviced. I had never been here before so I wanted to try one of their specialty drinks. As it was close to Saint Patrick's Day, I tried their St Patty's Day cold brew, made with mocha and peppermint syrup. The drink was initially very minty BUT as the ice melted and the coffee had time to mix with the other ingredients it became a very delicious drink :) next time I want to try one of their more traditional drinks, but it was still a good experience nonetheless! read more

Super cute coffee shop located in the shopping center. The coffee options were creative and delicious. I got the Girl Scout latte, and it was wonderful! The girl behind the counter was super sweet and welcoming. There are a few chairs and a counter for seating options. Highly recommend stopping by! I loved it so much that I visited twice while in town for only two days :) read more

Enjoyed an iced pumpkin spiced latte. Wouldn't have changed anything about it. The roast tastes perfect and smooth. Also, had their coffee walnut bunt cake and it was great. Not overly sweet and paired well with the coffee. The esthetic is appealing and there are always people inside. read more

This coffee shop was okay, just okay. Firstly, I want to commend the barista for her fantastic service and friendly demeanor. She was so cheerful and interacting with her brought a lot of light into my day. The coffee itself was just fine...? I could have probably gotten the same experience going to any other chain coffee shop and based on the price point I would hope to find something more unique or higher quality. Additionally the baked goods did not look too appetizing. I think I would come here if I were in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way to go here. read more

Wow! I didn't have high expectations for a coffee place in the mall but these guys blew me away! The workers were so kind and polite and chatty. The drink selection was too notch and the pastries looked yummy. Where was this place 10 years ago when I worked at the mall?! I had a French toast iced latte and it was great, their plain cold brew was also nice and strong. Super cute clean decor. Loved it! read more

The espresso drinks here are surprisingly really good. They use a la marzocco which I was excited to see. The espresso coming out of the portafilter looked like a syrup and could see good crema on the shots. My order was made perfectly and the staff cranked through about 4 drinks before mine like it was second nature, making the wait really short. The old "display only" bakery items in the case were a bit off putting since they looked they have been hangin' out there for days. read more

The little snack box was so delicious and not overly sweetened. I like the decor in the coffee shop that was not in my way but beautiful. Sometimes it's too much decor you bump into little things but not this one. The matcha latte was lovely with soy milk as I requested. The service was also very friendly. Had a iced mocha here and asked for an extra shot of espresso, but was charged for 2 - so I brought up my issue with their customer service and they don't see the problem with charging me twice when I asked for a single order of the espresso I'd check my bill for other extra costs they sneak in then if I'm coming here Otherwise, I really liked the iced mocha (4/5) and thought the employees at the actual Cafe were very friendly Had an oatmeal cookie. This is a new coffee place in the Providence place mall. It's on the first floor near Macy's. It's a super cute and small coffee place with a nice selection of premium tasting coffee. We got the espresso and one sip went straight to the brain! It was rich and bold and tasty! The staff was also really nice. Apparently It only opened up a week ago. I'll def go again!!! read more

I truly enjoyed the ambiance there at The Coffee Shop. They had great "lounge like", music, which actually pulled me into the shop, coupled with extremely great customer service from Davina who took the time to explain to me what separated them from other coffee shops out there. I highly recommend stopping by and just enjoying the inviting atmosphere. read more

i work at the mall and I used to get Starbucks almost daily, after I tried the drinks from this place I'll never go back to Starbucks. the place is welcoming and the baristas are really nice! i love the chai latte 12/10 would recommend! Also try the Red Bull refreshers they are so good. read more

My wife and I stopped in yesterday with our niece I grabbed a latte and it was one of the best I ever had. My niece was very curious about the whole process. (Per normal 5yr old standards lol) both gentlemen behind the counter took the time to show my niece how everything worked and even showed her how to draw on top of the drink with the milk. 10 out 10 experience I wish them the best. read more

My first time going and I could not be more impressed. Super kind workers and delicious coffee is all I can ask for but they took the extra mile. We had a fun conversation that made me feel welcome and less nervous and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted for coffee, including the substitutions due to my allergy. This is located in the mall, which was great for me. Excellent cup of joe. Manager was training new staff and I had the opportunity to listen in. It is never to late to learn more about coffee ;-). They take pride in making repeatable cups of coffee, and do a good job. The scone was fresh, and not to sweet. The iced mocha coffee was really smooth, sweetened only with the chocolate. read more

This forced a rushed ordering process, leading me to order a standard Strawberry Matcha. While the drink's presentation was pretty, the flavor was only average and did not justify the steep, overpriced cost--especially for an establishment located in a prominent college area. Color was on point but flavor was very milky and slightly tart. I don't say this often, but it needed sugar. Service was interesting. Drinks are served filled to the brim without lids. You retrieve the lids yourself in a separate counter area. This design flaw was highlighted when a nearby couple spilled their entire order onto the floor simply while walking over to get a cap. Rather than stepping in immediately to help clean up the mess and offer new drinks, the staff stood and stared at this couple for longer than they should have before offering assistance. Also, I would've liked a teddy bear too but didn't see it on the menu so I didn't order it. Between the high prices, lackluster service, and operational confusion, the overall experience does not warrant a return visit. Go get a sugarcane drink around the corner instead!

I recently visited The Coffee Cup in Providence, and I'm so glad I did! This café is an absolute hidden gem with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Dropped by this cafe around 10 AM on a Thursday, and was greeted by calmness. The place was pretty empty, which added to the quant vibe, amplified by the neat and cute interiors. The cashier/barista was really nice and was quick to help out. I'm often wary of cafes that go heavy on the greenery and aesthetics - it sometimes feels like they're just trying to lure in the Instagram crowd. But fortunately my gut was proven wrong. The coffee was great and was served pretty fast. I took a bit of a risk with a chicken salad. Many would definitely raise an eyebrow with this pick, but I found it alright. It wasn't a game-changer, but let's be honest, there's only so much you can do with chicken salad. I'll probably lean towards a breakfast sandwich next time.
