I explained to him what the car was doing, that I did some research and it sounds like a phantom drain on the battery, told him that I unplugged the (-) term for 1/2 hour and was only reading 8.12vDC. So, I guess he recognized that we spoke the same language, he made a very prompt diagnosis and proved it to be correct quickly. He advised I go to Autozone and have the battery analyzed and guess what... bad battery! Dude was right again. He also advised that I had 1 week to have the vehicle "serviced". Now, I'm a Service Technician myself in a separate trade, but I recognize what he is saying. Essentially, someone who specializes in the extremely broad area which happens to cover your car also needs to use their skills to address the situation. They have the tools and training, you don't. It's my son's car so he will have to take it from here. Lol! In summary, so far the dude made 2 calls that were accurate, so I'm banking the one week warning I got was also a "heads-up " you don't always get. So yeah, got nothing bad to say about this cat. And might I add, he even preceded the automated ETA that the dispatch service gave me by 1/2 an hour. He showed up less than an hour from the time I submitted the request in the little app.

We drove cross country in our RV from California to Florida to visit family over the summer. We…read morewere heading back home and our rear passenger back tires blew out, both of them. On top of that our propane tank sustained damage and was leaking from a connection. After hours on the phone with Progressive insurance and AAA, we were nowhere closer to getting back on the road. The mechanic he sent couldnt fix our RV. After that, the only thing anyone could do was tow us and wait until Monday to figure out the tire replacement situation. The towing was $$$ and only partly covered. Luckily my partner found Ryan and 484 Tire Service through Google. By then it was already dark and Ryan came out late at night (10pm) to replace our tires. Not only did he replace them, he checked for damage around our RV, let us know what likely happened, and gave us advice for the future. He also topped all our tires up to the right pressure. He was so friendly and helpful, and his kindness went a long way for us. If it weren't for him we would have had to sleep on the side of the road because there would have been no way to tow our car and then somehow transport ourselves, our two dogs and our cat.
