They answered saying they'd be there ETA 10:34am EST. They didn't show. I called multiple times. And kept getting told should be 30 min.... 45 min passed still nothing. This same event kept repeating itself until I called and they said, "oh you have a spare? Well we can swap." I said sure ok, I've been stuck here since 10:50pm the night before now past the 12 hours of being stuck on i-75. After another hour or so a driver finally shows up, he called and talked to someone about it and said, "oh the owner will come out and personally handle this with the heavy truck, just in case. Should be about 30 minutes as it's a big truck and slow." Ok.. 35 minutes passed and no show... I called, the dispatcher couldn't reach the driver and said she would try to follow up.. NOTHING. Another 20 minutes passed. I called my insurance again, they called and were told it would be 30 more minutes he was on a call... 45 minutes passed, STILL NOTHING... After another hour of waiting (now it's 3:45pm EST) with still not help or communication. I call Marks Towing again.. this time they said, well because of the blowout we can't tow.. so you need to call your insurance and get someone else" What the f.............. From 10:34 am until 3:45pm I've been stuck out here on i-75 in 90 degree heat waiting and being strung along for a job they knew they couldn't handle or want to do.. wanted my day.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.. or you may never get anywhere you need to be. They kept me from my 6 month old daughter and wife all day waiting for them 1.5 hours from my home stranded with zero cares.. This event happened Saturday 5/24/25.

I would not recommend this company. They delivered my truck…read morefrom the body shop after a fresh paint job. Everything was fine until they began unloading it. The driver failed to ensure the tailgate was secured (which I have on camera). As the truck was lowered, the tailgate dug into the ground, bending the hinges and ultimately causing it to come off. This also resulted in damage to the newly painted truck and the tailgate itself. The driver was polite and apologized, stating he would report the incident to his boss. However, the owner never reached out to address the situation. After waiting several hours, I called myself and was met with complete disregard for the damage caused. I requested that they at least return and tow the vehicle back to the body shop. He briefly agreed, then hung up on me. I have since followed up three times and sent two emails with no response. At this point, I will be pursuing a civil case, as this damage is clearly the company's responsibility.

Charges $200 for administrative fees plus $ 40 a day.. and $275 to tow it 8 miles ... it was parked at uhaul with managers permission ... but the hispanic lady/ clerk had it towed & it was at crappy tow yard .. this tow truck person charged us 3 days at $120. Even though it was only there 2 days .... The Total of his extreme charges were $595.. CASH! Doesnt take any cards, checks, zelle, this company is Just a friggin JOKE .. example of a decent good tow service is a few months ago we broke down and our vehicle was towed from deland florida to sw ocala- $555 to auto shop/ dealership. Thats reasonable! Not this so called joke of a business .. i would never recommend this company / person for anything!!!!!
