Greg (the owner) called me back right away, took a few details, and was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later, quickly found the puncture, repaired the tire, and provided a receipt. From my initial call to completion, the entire process took about 45 minutes. I was very pleased. Compared to the hassle of using a spare and then going to a tire shop, waiting, and paying for the fix (btw, their prices have gone up) this was zero stress, quick, and very convenient. I inquired about repair shops, and he of course recommended his (Figured, here we go, typical tow truck driver) I decided to take a shot. They were literally 1 mile away. Cody called thier mechanic Bobby, and he said he would meet us there and roll my truck right into the work bay and check it first thing in the morning. On our way back to our daughter's, Bobby called and told me he had diagnosed it before he left and it needed a starter. Needless to say, starter was in, and truck was done by noon the next day.
