Installation was quick, efficient, and well done. The new oven works perfectly and looks good. I'd recommend them just for the installers alone--way better than the last time we got an oven from someone else.

Was in the process of hooking up the water line on the dishwasher and noticed the fridge wasn't running. Just a buzz and a click every few min. The actual repairman that came out was great. Knew what he was doing and was polite. The issue I…read morehad was the way the warranty claim was handled. Any questions or concerns I had went through a 3rd party vender, not Grove appliance. I didn't find this out until I questioned the "service" department at Grove appliance. The parts were ordered by the technician but I didn't know what they were, I wasn't told. The parts I found out later were being delivered to my house. So I didn't know what to expect or inspect to see if they were ok. I would've thought the service department at Grove Appliance would've handled it all. Then there were all the texts from 3rd party vender, then Grove Appliance, then a survey, then another survey. Things did not have to be that complicated. Really THEY DON'T. So to sum it up. The service guy was GREAT. The process is crazy.
