They assured us the order would arrive Saturday 3-5, it never showed up and Walmart never called us to tell us. When we did get in touch with the they said they couldn't find a driver. I find that hard to believe, and honestly if I were the manager I'd personally deliver at this point. Now we are calling and can't get to anyone, voice messages are full, the customer service extension says they can't help and we just get excuses. We can't even represent until we get our money back which will take days. My mom is stranded without groceries and is elderly as we are out of town.
