Once inside, there wasn't a host or clear signage explaining whether guests should seat themselves or order at the counter, so we spent a few seconds trying to figure out how everything worked. As someone who appreciates clear direction when visiting a new place, it made for a slightly awkward first impression. The service was fine. Not busy at all, about 25 percent capacity. I sat down at the bar and after about 2-3 minutes was met by the female bartender. Ordered a flatbread and water while still deciding on my drink. About 2-3 minutes later the male bartender checked in with me. Asked what he recommended and ultimately ordered a Blackberry Collins ($14). About 4-5 minutes later my drink arrived. Excellent presentation and was very good! About 25-30 minutes later my flatbread arrived. Wasn't a big deal to me because I was chatting with some strangers who had sat down next to me. The flatbread was good (I was starved) but was clearly not fresh out of the oven. Again no big deal. At about 7:30 pm I was ready to go. By this time the place was starting to get a little more busy, maybe 35% capacity. As mentioned I had conversations with people next to me. One woman and her friend ended up leaving after one beer and looking at the menu for quite some time.
