Installation was quick, efficient, and well done. The new oven works perfectly and looks good. I can't speak as to whether their prices are great values (maybe just market average unless something is on sale), but the service and installation were top notch. I'd recommend them just for the installers alone--way better than the last time we got an oven from someone else.

I purchased a washer dryer set on 1/18/19, after having it delivered to my home the washer made a grinding noise and the dryer ran for approximately 20 minutes at a time. I called several times and received no response. When I got my first response they said they would come fix the equipment. On the day scheduled to repair, I was told they wouldn't ve able to come till Monday. Well, on Monday they called and said they were bringing a loaner dryer while they repaired my dryer and they'd fix the washer. They brought a loaner dryer that does not work at all and the washer continues to make same noise. Now I have called 6 times in the past week and have received no response or attempt to rectify the problem. Save your money, time and sanity and DO NOT deal with this company! The cheapest is the cheapest for a reason.

Instead of trying to sell us anything, they put a repairman, Curtis, on the phone. After what I told him about the refrigerator, he diagnosed it and told me he'd order the part and have it installed in a couple of days. Their service, kindness, and professionalism was impeccable. The refrigerator is humming along for about 7% of what I would have paid for a new refrigerator. If you live in the Mount Vernon, Ohio and surrounding area, and you need a repairman, or a second opinion, come to Herald's. They'll treat you right.

The actual repairman that came out was great. Knew what he was doing and was polite. The issue I…read morehad was the way the warranty claim was handled. Any questions or concerns I had went through a 3rd party vender, not Grove appliance. I didn't find this out until I questioned the "service" department at Grove appliance. The parts were ordered by the technician but I didn't know what they were, I wasn't told. The parts I found out later were being delivered to my house. So I didn't know what to expect or inspect to see if they were ok. I would've thought the service department at Grove Appliance would've handled it all. Then there were all the texts from 3rd party vender, then Grove Appliance, then a survey, then another survey. Things did not have to be that complicated. Really THEY DON'T. So to sum it up. The service guy was GREAT. The process is crazy.
