We were also told by local repair people that they wouldn't try to repair the refrigerator because it was too hard. The box store told us to call the manufacturer and have them send out a technician. We waited for six months- and no one came. We bought a replacement refrigerator at Home Appliance. In less than a year, the refrigerator started to have issues. Not a fault of Home Appliance,but a fault of faulty manufacturing- or we just have really bad luck with refrigerators. Home Appliance sent a repair person out quickly- they fixed the problem- but it came back. They came out four different times in a two week period. They did everything they could. They could not fix it, so, two days ago, we got a new refrigerator. All of this was done at no charge (it was under warranty). They also gave us a loaner fridge to use while we waited for the new one. Big box stores may be a few dollars cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Home Appliance will be our go to store from here on out. Thank you Home Appliance for maintaining a reputation of caring for your customers.

I purchased a washer dryer set on 1/18/19, after having it delivered to my home the washer made a grinding noise and the dryer ran for approximately 20 minutes at a time. I called several times and received no response. When I got my first response they said they would come fix the equipment. On the day scheduled to repair, I was told they wouldn't ve able to come till Monday. Well, on Monday they called and said they were bringing a loaner dryer while they repaired my dryer and they'd fix the washer. They brought a loaner dryer that does not work at all and the washer continues to make same noise. Now I have called 6 times in the past week and have received no response or attempt to rectify the problem. Save your money, time and sanity and DO NOT deal with this company! The cheapest is the cheapest for a reason.

The refrigerator is humming along for about 7% of what I would have paid for a new refrigerator. Was in the process of hooking up the water line on the dishwasher and noticed the fridge wasn't running. Just a buzz and a click every few min. Opened the freezer and the stuff in the door was cold but not frozen. Back to grove ! Found a great French door unit and had them deliver it. In a couple days the delivery guys were here. They were great ! Took the old doors off the dead one and had it loaded in no time. Brought the new one in and set it up and showed me all the features! We had ice in couple hours. Any questions or concerns I had went through a 3rd party vender, not Grove appliance. I didn't find this out until I questioned the "service" department at Grove appliance. The parts were ordered by the technician but I didn't know what they were, I wasn't told. The parts I found out later were being delivered to my house. So I didn't know what to expect or inspect to see if they were ok. I would've thought the service department at Grove Appliance would've handled it all. Then there were all the texts from 3rd party vender,then Grove Appliance, then a survey, then another survey. Things did not have to be that complicated. Really THEY DON'T. So to sum it up.
