Dean fixes a lot of our appliances. He explains everything to me. I like to learn so I usually ask to observe them when they are working. They have always been very nice and they explain what they are doing. Dean even gave me some advice on my refrigerator when he was here to fix my grill. The repairmen specialize by brand and appliance. We have a high end grill and this place is the only place we can find to fix it correctly. They know what they are doing. They have worked me into the schedule when we were having a party so we could use our grill. I can't say enough great things about them. I was very surprised when I found such bad reviews. Honestly, I would trust them to fix anything.

    Office service is terrible. Repair man was prompt to figure out problem and said he would order…read morepart. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing I called and was told part was still on order. I called a week later to check again and was told the same thing. I pleasantly asked if they could call the company and check on the part. I was told to call the company and check on the part myself because it's a warranty repair and they don't do it! I was told in a very unpleasant tone!!! I left the conversation very upset and they didnt care. I found this very unprofessional and terrible customer service. When I called back later to talk to the owner they refused to answer the phone so I left a message for him to call me back and that I would like him to personally check on the part. He did and he said I had talked to his wife and that he would have told me the same thing! Then he proceeded to tell me that the part had only been on order been for 3 weeks but it had been 4 weeks since they had been to my house. So that means it took them a week to just order the part. I also told him I had no problem with his repair men but I told him he needs to work on his office skills. All he wanted to do was argue with me and tell me how wrong I was for wanting him to do his job. I never used profanity or called him names but he informed me he wouldn't finish the job. I didnt care about how long the part was taking , i just wanted someone to check on it and i thought that seemed completely reasonable and I shouldn't have been treated so poorly. Do not expect good customer service if you call into this particular office let alone them giving 110%. They are a lazy and arrogant bunch of people.
