However, when I booked the call, I asked if they could clean my dryer vent under the same call. I was told yes. The repair man said there was a mix up between the call center and the company and he would not do it. Also, my washer was leaking from the inside causing the water on the floor. He did not even take 30 seconds to turn off the water to the washer or tell me I should do it. He was not friendly at all. I called the office and the person could not have cared less. She said she gets tons of complaints about the call center but it works out financially well for the owner. she also said she gets a lot of complaints about this particular repair man.
