I called them for GE dishwasher repair. The technician was extremely rude and he didnt even do the basic checks on the appliance such as checking on water in-take, he mostly searched his phone. This was terrible experience and would not recommend them at all. When I called the office to explain what happened the lady (Lisa) she didn't even offer an apology and just ignored me. I bet this is because she gets a few of those calls from customer. Never again with them again. read more

The guy came to my house as scheduled, but after I already had it fixed. I did fail to call to cancel but he still wanted his service call fee. So if anyone needs a tech, make sure you still need it because he'll charge you even without coming into you house. Then gave me the whole I have bills to pay. Well I own my own remodeling business, and I have never charged a single penny just to go look at someone's house. I also didn't care for his overall persona. read more

DIVERSIFIED is what they purport to be--and that's what they really are! Several weeks ago, I called the Massillon Fire Department, at the behest of my new Gas Company, who suggested that my Gas Stove my be emitting Carbon Monoxide Poisoning (the silent killer). The FF/Medics performed a diligent inspection and determined that, while no carbon monoxide was found, it would be prudent to have the unit inspected; at which time Diversified was recommended by my Home's Management. After an appointment was scheduled with Diversified, the flame returned to its normal color--blue--and the scheduled appointment was cancelled. However, now that I realized they are REALLY DIVERSIFIED in being the "fixit people," I arranged for them to see after my Refrigerator, which was done earlier today. Because the Technician "made my day," in neither over charging for the time spent on labor nor their valued service, you might say: "I came off the winning end like a bandit!" Therefore, for their exceptional service, coupled with their professionalism and good business-practice in not overcharging their customers--they've just won five stars! read more

Great customer service. Fast and efficient! Much more reasonable than having Sears repair appliances.

The repairmans name was Doug and he was rude. He did not wear a facemask, gloves or shoe covers. He came in, opening the freezer door and looked inside. He did not bring in any tools or equipment to make a professional diagnosis of the refrigerator, it's compressor or the electronics. He did not even bother to pull the refrigerator away from the wall. He said "it's toast." Then, Doug charged us $66.51 and he was in the house less than 5 minutes. We will not be using their services and we would not recommend them. read more

They charged me $127 for an ice maker kit that Home Depot sells for $50. Total for ten minutes in my home with labor, part and service call $215. I called to question the markup on the part, and the scheduler did not even put me on hold. She yelled across the room to somebody who said he would call me later. Replace your ice maker yourself.
