Excellent. We are fairly new to the area and haven't needed any repairs to our newer appliances…read morebut, our dryer is 30+ years old and stopped running. In the 30 years we've had it there were never any issues or problems, until one day it just stopped working. We didn't know who to call for a repair on this old machine, an original Maytag, and a model that is no longer sold. No electronics, no bells and whistles, just an old workhorse. We didn't want to scrap it because of the quality build. We needed someone who knew about older machines as well as the newer more electronic ones. We are so happy we called Bob at Canton Appliance Service. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, had some parts with him and within a quick half hour or so, the dryer was repaired, cleaned and reassembled. He squinted suspiciously at me for a moment, nodded, and contacted Samuel Willhite, owner of Louisville Appliance Repair. I transferred what I could to the garage freezer and went to sleep that night knowing something would be done about my fridge by noon on Saturday. And so it was.
