Was cleaned and serviced like new They even threw in free water hoses. Very easy to work with and they do onsite repair. They also care spare parts for common things and allowed me to return one for a full refund when I didn't need it. All in all wonderful people to work with. The owner and his partner came out, they were very cool and professional they set it up the next day on time and their prices are fantastic and they were a pleasure to have a conversation with and I got a nice machine for 70% less than I would have paid for a new low end unit. They carry whirlpools, kenmore's and all the higher end stuff that they go over piece by piece. It took 3 visits to repair my dryer, but the technician kept me informed of what was going on…read morethroughout and honored the updated quote provided after the initial inspection. Very professional and knowledgeable! The first delay was because both the technician and I expected the problem to be a belt needing replacement. Unfortunately the motor was burned out - not unreasonable for a dryer that is at least 10 years old and probably 20.
