I took it to the local Toyota dealership where the entire pan needed to be replaced since the bolt was hopelessly stuck. While driving down Highway 147 at 65 mph, the shield came loose on the highway -- a terrifying and dangerous situation that should never happen from routine maintenance. I received no apology, no acknowledgment of the danger they put me in -- just a lousy handwritten note offering 50% off my next oil change. Why would I ever return after that?
