I was happy with the up come. I usually see the same guy (a giant) he is professional and fair. But today I was taken care by another mechanic whose name I can't recall. He was just as professional and good. The place has plenty of parking spaces in the front. There is a warehouse unit right in front of the place. You can't miss it.

I have continued to bring my vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care over the years for maintenance…read moreand repair services, and consistently receiving satisfactory customer service from the staff is a plus for my continued loyalty. A few days ago, I had a multi-point inspection done on my vehicle at a Toyota dealership which resulted in suggested services that was, in my opinion, very costly. I came to Firestone to get a price quote on those suggested services to see if the company's prices were more reasonable. Service Advisor, Michael was able to print me a price quote on the services which were cheaper (exception for the Front Brake Job) than the dealership, and I also received some discounts because I have the Firestone card. I was completely assured in having the services professionally done by Firestone. I was even grateful when I was informed that a nail was found in the rear-left tire and the issue was quickly taken care of. Thank you Firestone!
