I frequent this location often for my oil changes, and the majority of the time I'm greeted and helped by Anthony. He's always professional, respectful of my time, and goes out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable during my visit by making sure I have cool air when my engine has to be turned off. Honestly, if I pull up and see Anthony isn't there, I almost want to leave and come back another day. It's refreshing to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about doing their job well. Customer service like his is rare these days, and it definitely deserves recognition. read more

Amazing service ! Very quick & all while staying in your car . Anthony was very nice and told us about specials !

CUSTOMER BE AWARE of this place!!! I came with my 2020 mercedes gle350 for an oil change, jiffy lube over filled my engine with oil when the car came out was smoking heavily with white smoke burning oil they tried to deal with the problem by turning the engine and burn the extra oil, I told them to stop cause the causing damage to the engine and I tow the car to mercedes dealership, mercedes clean the engine from the extra oil almost twice the amount the where supposed to put. 500 miles later of driving my 2020 mercedes had catastrophic engine failure and the engine need to be replaced 19000$ in damage!!! read more

Fast service with no appointment. The young men who were working were surprisingly professional, friendly and kind. They all look like could kick your butt but they're so personable they make you feel welcome. There is a small waiting room and you gotta love that their air conditioning was set at 71 and it was so cool and comfortable. Job done no muss no fuss at a competitive price. This Jiffy Lube is great! They solved an A/C problem on my husband's Subaru for very little money. I also had a "check engine" light on my 2024 Subaru - and they completely solved it by reinstalling the battery, saving me $$$ as well as a trip to the dealer! They are friendly, professional, fast and always apply discount coupons, even if you don't have one handy. Don't go anywhere else! read more

My car was making a bad noise, so I took it for an oil change and filter change. They checked my fluids and put air in my tires. Everything was good until I went to pay and the cashier could not accept the Yelp coupon for $35 off. She gave me $30 off instead. I hate it when businesses do that; but they did fix my car. It is running nicely now. read more

My car showed a sign on the panel and I felt concerned about it. So I stopped by at Jiffy Lube at this location at almost 4pm. I had no expectation and was ready to be turned away. To my surprise everything went quite differently. I was greeted my Jasmin. I explained my concern, she assured me that it is tire pressure and explained that it could happen because of the weather. She offered to fill up the tires and check for the pressure with no charge. Within 5 minutes I was on my way happy and relieved. I am really pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and responsiveness from Jasmin. And I know for sure where I am changing oil next time. Definitely recommended. read more

Took in my 2020 Silverado fast & good service definitely will continue to bring my vehicles here for my maintenance.

I needed an urgent oil change & when I arrived everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be returning.

I have been going to this place for years now. I sold my Nissan Rouge and bought a Chevy Equinox which has service included, but because of the convenience and quality of customer care at this location by Jazmin and her co workers, I continue to return time and again. I definitely recommend this location. It's always such a relief to see another female which give you a sense of relief knowing you will be in good hands. She is knowledgeable of her services and products offered by Jiffy Lube she is quick to welcome every car that pulls in the lot. Thank you so much for your years of excellent costumer service Jazmin (hope I spelled it correctly!) I'm truly grateful. read more

Run....fast, and far from these people!!! They Lied!!! They tell you the Groupon is $24.99 for 5 quarts, but if you require more than that, let's say (2) they don't tell you. They just FILL it and BILL you afterwards. That's what they did to me today. It could be $10/quart!!! Plus the, $9.97 delivery/disposal/energy fee, and then the tax is only 6%, but they don't tell you how much it's going to be, and the word tax is NOWHERE on the bill. So you think you're going to pay a total of $30-35 with all of these fees and taxes? NOPE. They hit me with an additional $27.37 out of pocket cost!!! I asked the young lady for the subtotal 3 times. She couldn't, or wouldn't do the math in her head. She could only tell me what the machine was saying. Did I mention that they tried to charge me $74.58, even after I told them from the beginning that I had a Groupon. I even showed it to the guy!!! And I won't mention how they try to up-sale you everything from wiper blades (at a huge mark-up), to gas, and Canadian air for your tires... I ONLY did this because I'm traveling tomorrow, and my regular mechanic wasn't available. You won't get me again!!! read more

I've been a happy customer her since 2006! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always offer the "extras" that my car needs when I bring it in for an oil change, however they are not pushy and they are understanding if I only have enough cash for the basic services. One time before an Orlando trip, I took my car here for an oil change. I went home, packed the car, went to start it and....it was DEAD! I was so upset, thinking the staff did something to mess up my car. I called over there and told them my situation. One of the staff members drove over in his own personal car to come take a look. Turns out, it was my battery that was dead and it was purely a coincidence that it happend hours after my oil got changed. The fact they they were so kind to me even though I was upset, made me a customer for life. read more

I've read a couple of reviewers had bad experiences at the Dania location, but my experience has been very different. I've been coming to this location on Stirling Road for more than 8 years and was never disappointed, I've always had fast and good service. Full synthetic oil changes ARE expensive, but there are plenty of coupons available online and they always accepted coupons from their own site or Groupons without any issues. A couple of months ago I found myself with a very low tire on a Sunday afternoon and after going to 2 gas stations to put air in it but neither machine was working. I went to Jiffy Lube and asked Jasmine, the manager, if she could help me with that. She told me to just pull up and in a few minutes I went out with all 4 tires checked, good pressure in all, and no charge. Another time I went there thinking I was due for oil change (the sticker fell off) but after checking the fluids, mileage and the records, she told me not yet, to come back in a few months. How is that for honesty? I do hope that they continue with this attitude, because that's how they get loyal and steady clientele. And keep Jasmine :) read more

Went in to get an oil change , everyone was super nice and helpful . In and out in 20 min .

Super fast. Easy remain-in-car service. Did only what I asked for. Polite. Will be back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Awful service, took 3 hours for starters. They Bought the wrong size air filter so they had to get a new one which I refused, put a cup of radiator fluid instead of filling it up like they said they would. And didn't tighten my nut correctly so the oil leaked out within a weak. Waste of money and a Joke of a service. read more

The team here is super friendly and always makes sure to explain everything about their car services really well. Also, their customer service is absolutely amazing! Saturday, my brother who is only 17 years old and just got his driver license. He drove my car to this place to do the oil change. A guy opened the hood, take out the cap to check the oil and said they couldn't do that. And then, the guy just close the hood and forgot to put the cap back. When my brother drove my car back, terrible things happened. He smells the oil burning and the engine temperature was on the highest level. He was afraid and stoped his car on the side of the road. When he opened the hood, he found the oil has spurted to everywhere. And this shop only offer me an oil change? It business indicates that it is a professional auto repair shop, but it's staff even forgot to put the cap back to the engine which almost cause a accident with a minor. I'm really angry about that and I don't suggest any of you guys come to this place. I already contacted with my lawyer and let's see what will happen. read more

I came in exactly at opening, terrified I'd be late for work because I was late leaving the house when two to three different 'help me!' lights came on in my car. The team was incredibly reassuring and helpful, sent me to grab breakfast from the convenience, and when I came back maybe fifteen minutes later, the process was finished. And I wasn't late! Thank you guys so much for your help! read more

The people are so busy trying to upsell you with all kinds of stuff and then not even do the job they are supposed to do. For example they never checked the air pressure in my tires. My car low tire pressure light was on and it was still on when leaving. So I had the manager check the tire pressure and the light went out after propertly inflating the tires. They charge $30 a piece for windshield wipers. Two x $30 = $60 plus $15 for the rear wiper for a total of $75. They did the service so fast I am not sure that the oil and oil filter was even changed. Then I had to ask them to put the sticker on my windshield which they did not do. Somebody needs to come in and straighten this place out. They try to upsell you on radiator flush, transmission fluid flush, new air filters when not needed, tire rotation, and so on. Customers beware! read more

Love this place , I think I was there for less than 10-15 minutes, service is amazing and everyone was super helpful. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Whole team is great from jazmen at the counter to Christopher at lower bay. This jiffy lube got your back read more

I have to say I was completely nervous going here and to be honest I only went because I had a coupon for an oil change. I have to say my experience here was very positive and would recommend them to anyone. What I don't love about Jiffy Lube is the constant up sell they try to get you on. I hate telling them no constantly but stop making my $20 oil change now $120 because you want to sell me new air filters. The oil change took a little over an hour. Not really a jiffy if you ask me. The guys in the shop were very friendly and tried their best to speed me through the process. They took my coupon with no question. They went through their recommendations and I was out the door. My favorite thing about the experience was the literal red carpet they roll out for you when you get into your car. It's tacky. And I love it. read more

My sister had hooked me up with a coupon for an oil change at Jizzy Lube, it was that time of the month so I thought why not take advantage, right? I was pleased to see no other customers there as I pulled up. I hate to wait! About five servants were on shift at the time, just standing around waiting for their next lube job. I was greeted by one of the larger servants as I exited my automobile and asked if I was here for the signature Jizzy Lube oil change. You betcha, and with a coupon to boot! They directed me towards the waiting room where I was promised coffee to drink and magazines to read. This is when it got really exciting. I walk inside to find none other than the lead singer from P.O.D., a Christian alternative rock band that rose to prominence in the early 2000's nu-metal upheaval, standing behind the checkout counter! He appears to be some kind of manager there. Just a mortal man doing God's work. I didn't say anything because I'm sure he gets bothered all the time, didn't wanna be "that guy." Although it would've been a dream come true to have him sign my well-worn CD copy of Satellite, released in 2001 on Atlantic Records. Instead I sunk into one of the human stained seats in the modest waiting room to admire their ample magazine collection. I was quite impressed with the magazine selection which included back issues of Marie Claire, Glamour, ESPN, Florida Sportsman, Entrepreneur, Fortune, Import Car... a little something for everybody;) Lead singer of P.O.D. called me over to the counter, I struggled to keep my cool in the presence of such rock royalty. I showed him my coupon for the $24.95 oil change and he informed me that it would actually cost somewhere around $60 since I needed some special "more expensive" oil for my car. No worries, lube er' up jizzy boy! Yeah, I guess u can say I enjoy the finer things in life;) The back side of the coupon offered 10% off. Now I'm not too good at math but that sounded like a deal! While I was waiting for my lube job, a few other customers started pulling in, all males. Two of the customers were chatting away in the waiting room, they knew each other from somewhere, probably a bath house. The older of the two was telling the other about how he used to change his own oil when he was a kid. OK, cool story old man. I did also overhear them say that they "do it quick" here. I'll be the judge of that. Lead singer of P.O.D. came over to show me what my air filter looked like, it looked really dirty which I like. He must have been impressed too considering the distressed style of his uncompromising nu-metal assault. "Don't change it, I like it the way it is," I told him. I could see the servants outside still fiddling around with my car. Lead singer of P.O.D. assured me it would only be a few more minutes. When it came time to pay, lead singer of P.O.D.pretended like he had forgotten about the coupon I had, slow down bro! Just cuz u already made your millions doesn't mean I don't deserve a break every once in a while! I paid my discounted bill and was out the door. Have a blessed day! PROS: Starstruck by the presence of lead singer of P.O.D. Selection of magazines was on point. Got to snap a candid photo of lead singer of P.O.D. even though they enforce no flash photography. CONS: The fact that lead singer of P.O.D. has to work at a Jizzy Lube in Fort Lauderdale after a critically acclaimed rock career read more

Jiffy Lube's prices are too high. I'm originally from Philly, and this company is not a go to business like that. But, here in Florida a lot of people rely on them. In Philly, we look more to Pep Boy's or AutoZone for parts, and information. read more
