Had a great Mothers Day Dinner here! Food is excellent and well seasoned. Lots of options for seafood and prices are super reasonable. It was BUSY! The only con is that they ran out of rice and they forgot mussels on our platter, but quite frankly we had way too much food. Looking forward to going back and trying other items on the menu! Oh yea, get the mint lemonade!

I absolutely loved my experience dining at this Egyptian seafood restaurant! Found it on instagram in a reel. From the delightful dishes to the outstanding service, every moment was a pleasure. The complimentary watermelon and pineapples for dessert were a refreshing touch. Plus, the convenience of parking in the lot made the whole dining experience stress-free. I would definitely return if in the Paterson area again and recommend it to others! I recommend the hummus, calamari and Cajun fries as appetizers

    LAMB CHOPS

The food & service was great! This was my second time there and they did not disappoint! Make sure you try lamb chops and you can't go wrong with any of their fish options! Everything is fresh and delicious!

Visited for our anniversary dinner and took a chance, but it was very delicious. Everything was very fresh and piping hot. We started complementary bread and olives, fried calamari, and fried shrimp and then we each got one red snapper fried and grilled branzino. The waiter told us about a deconstructed cheesecake special they were having, and we tried that. He also brought out a complementary fruit platter. I definitely recommend it!

    Mint lemonade

Food was delicious, the service was great! Will definitely be back especially for the mint lemonade- perfect pairing with the seafood

If you're looking for authentic Alexandrian-Egyptian flavors then you've found the spot. I'm so glad I no longer have to go all the way to Astoria to get a taste of Alexandria. Everything here from the food to the decor, the service was excellent. I came for the Ramadan buffet. As soon as you enter you're greeted and made to feel like you're entering a family member's home. Waitstaff is going around giving water and dates for everyone to break their fast. Egyptian folk music is playing in the background. The whole experience really transports you to Egypt . The decor was creatively designed. There are fishnets and seashells and palm trees tucked in corners and hanging from the ceiling. Now the food- the star of the show. Everything was so flavorful- from the grilled butterfly shrimp to the seafood paella. There were so many options to satisfy every pallet. Unlimited drinks, salads, dips, meats, fish, dessert, coffee, and tea -all available for the Ramadan buffet which only cost $35 (march 2024) I'd definitely come back after Ramadan to try their regular menu!

The place was packed, and we were with a baby, but luckily got a table pretty quickly. The menu has great combo options where you can mix crab, shrimp, lobster, and more--all in one. TBH, that's the way to go instead of ordering everything separately. We ordered two Combo F along with shrimp fried rice and Cajun chicken fried rice. Combo F comes with Snow crab legs (1/2 lb), lobster tail, shrimp (1/2 lb), Potatoes (2 pc), Corn (1/2) Now comes the fun part... The seafood arrives in a plastic bag with your choice of sauce (Cajun, Garlic Butter, lemon pepper, Old Bay, Island style). They shake it all up, and then it's on you to dive in. You're given gloves, crackers, and tools to break open crab legs and lobster shells. Basically It's messy--but its beautiful mess ..lol I started off all proper with gloves and tools, but after some point, I ditched the gloves because it was just easier to enjoy the food that way. The Cajun sauce was absolutely delicious--rich, spicy, and full of flavor. I even ordered plain rice just to mix it with the leftover gravy... and wow, that was a amazing. Highly recommend trying that! Everything is essentially boiled seafood tossed in sauce, so don't expect anything grilled or crispy--it's all about the flavors and experience. The fried rice was tasty too, though the rice itself was a bit on the harder side. This isn't just a meal--it's an experience. Perfect for going out with friends, getting messy, and enjoying good seafood together.

Then we got our appetizers, the shellfish tower, the meat, the shrimps, the crab cakes. Then we had salads and soups and got the lobster bisque, the Caesar salad, the wedge chopped with bacon, and all of it was so amazing, I was stuffed by this point but we were just getting started. The filet mignon was by far the best steak made there, but the Ny strip was also really good. The Mac and cheese was the best side ever, but the rice was also good and so was the asparagus. For dessert the bananas foster was the absolute best but the other desserts (chocolate lava cake and creme brulee were also amazing) All in all this was the best night with the best friends and the best food, the drinks were also always good and the servers kept them coming. The high ceilings and black color theme give it an elevated feel. And the staff is very nice and accommodating CONS: their air conditioning was broken when we went in the middle of summer (which I'm sure they'll eventually fix). If you get her as your server, it's a start to a pleasant and great meal. Angelina knows what she's talking about! One feedback would be to learn how to better time the serving of the foods. We got our soup and shrimp cocktail as starters but literally 3 minutes later, our entrees were served to the table. Our entrees got cold while we tried to finish our starters. Please look to have the servers better time the serving of entrees AFTER the starters are finished. I had the New England Clam Chowder and the Prime rib. The clam chowder was tasty but lacked clams. They added andouille sausage to the chowder to give it a nice tasty twist but this should not have taken away from the amount of clams expected in a clam chowder. Prime rib was a good thick cut. But served warm and almost at room temperature. Not exactly how I would like my prime rib. Shoe string fries were tasty. My boyfriend ordered the Clam Chowder and Shrimp Cocktail as starters, followed by Cajun Sea Pasta and a bunch of side dishes - southern Coke slaw, black beans and rice and the loaded baked potato. Shrimps in the shrimp cocktail was good sized shrimp topped with old bay seasoning. The pasta was seasoned just right, very tasty and delicious. Cole slaw was crunchy which meant the Cole slaw was freshly made and not sitting in the sauce for too long. Loaded baked potato was of good size and baked to the right softness. Black beans and rice was the only side dish that was a bit too salty but went great when mixed with the baked potato. Overall, we were impressed with Angelina's services, friendliness of the staff and quality of the foods.

The chicken tacos with rice and beans on the side were phenomenal! The Cesar salad was good but we did get served some browned romaine which i noticed half way through and couldn't finish eating it. I had the salmon and it has a fishy taste, it was also very small looked like 4-5oz. Although I asked for it well done, I did not expect it to be BURNT it was literally black like charred on the whole bottom and top. The wild rice/orzo chilled salad really lacked flavor and was quite the conundrum, I think this side should be improved or changed out completely. The roasted chicken with mashed potato's was excellent. Our server was very absent minded, although she circled and passed by she NEVER once stopped and checked in after serving the food to ask "how is everything?" so we didn't even get a chance to tell her about the burnt lasagna but fortunately the food runner and a different server did pass by us and checked on us ecause they saw us with our necks out looking for our server who had actually passed by us but didn't even look at us...I found it strange that for such a fine establishment the server had not been drained to check on the table 2-5 minutes after each course is served. We had a 3 course meal. A salad to start, followed by the chicken tacos and Nonna lasagna as a second appetizer, then our main dishes. Not once did she check on us after the food was served. I will return in a few months to see if there has been any improvement. The manager did take the lasagna off the bill after the busser brought the plate back. However the waitress never came or made any comments about it. She truly lacked hospitality, personality, and attention To details. I don't remember her name i don't think she Even provided it... the dessert menu also could be better being that there are other restaurants in the area with better dessert options. I think this place needs something good that makes it unique... maybe a story to tell by the server for first times guest or any suggestions etc.
