Hate to say It but I have been back multiple times and It hasn't been the same. My latest experience was that I ordered chicken tacos and I received raw chicken. I notified the waiter and he had asked if I would like something else instead I said no thank you I gave them back my side of rice and my chicken tacos that I ordered. When the bill came he proceeded to charge me for the side of rice and guacamole that I asked for that I did not eat because I did not feel comfortable eating anything after receiving raw chicken. He ended up taking it off the bill but I feel more should have been done. It's a shame I really loved this place when they open but it's been downhill for the last year

We wanted to eat at otto's and fortunate for us, they were closed. I definitely will be coming back to this place. The oysters were so fresh and big we ordered a second order. I ordered the linguini pescatore which was amazing. All six of us ordered different entre's and they were all winners. My father ordered the three musketeers and the filet mignon was perfect. My kids are usually horrible eaters. They ordered fried seafood, red snapper and salmon. It was all fresh and cooked perfectly. The waiter service was excellent. We had brayan as our waiter who was very professional and great. The mohittos were great. All I can say is this place is FLAWLESS.

What's not to like...a cool breeze and a reminder that we're on the edge of the Atlantic!

We enjoyed a delightful lunch with a sweet view of the boats on the canal. Good food. The mussels were terrific. The baked clams could have done with a few minutes more under the broiler and some more topping but the sauce was worth asking for a take-out container! My lunch partner totally enjoyed the paella. Service was attentive although by the time we received an order of garlic bread, we had finished lunch. Strange that when making a reservation, I had requested outdoor seating and was told there "couldn't be any guarantee" of an outside table. When we arrived for our noon reservation, we were the first and ONLY patrons in a restaurant that could easily serve 60 people. Perhaps the owner could give the reservation staff authority to reserve the outside tables when, obviously, there was no competition. I would definitely return.

A little gem of a place. The food was excellent. The atmosphere and service was excellent. There is an outdoor bar and seating area. We had a nice waterfront view. We usually go to Rachel's Waterside Grill, but they were closed on Tuesday. I was surprised at how really nice this place was. There is a service charge, but we asked and that was the tip. I recommend trying this cute little place.

Only reason I gave them 3 stars is because they told us we could do happy hour at the bar only. And didn't allow us to order drinks at the bar and carry them to the table which was legit 5 feet away. Even though we asked about it before we sat down they only told us this after sitting and looking through the menu. The manger (I think) was very loud and rudely said we could not take advantage of the happy hour deal unless we sat at the bar. They didn't even have open bar seating for us... The Oysters and baked Clams were delicious. The chicken fajita was decent. Took some time for the food to come out. Nice spot but honestly the manager running back and forth yelling into her headset ruined the vibe for us.

Outdoor bar and seating. Very aesthetically pleasing, nice music not overbearing

Our waitress made us feel completely comfortable we were laughing, having side conversations, and genuinely enjoying ourselves all night. By the end of the evening, she even said, "Goodnight, love you!" and quickly laughed saying she didn't mean to say it. That pretty much summed up the vibe of the night friendly, relaxed, and memorable. The food was excellent from start to finish. I had the Caesar salad appetizer, which was very good, and my sister had the calamari, which she said was excellent. For our entrées, we both ordered the chicken parmesan with alavaca sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. To finish the night, we shared the crème brûlée for dessert, and it was the perfect treat. The portion is definitely big enough for two people, so I wouldn't recommend ordering one per person. The location is beautiful and right by the water true to the restaurant's name. The only small thing to note is the parking. There are two parking lots, and the first one is definitely the better option. The second lot leads closer to the waterfront entrance and can feel a little tight and snug when parking. Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely go back. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service.

Compared to the farmingdale location the ambiance of this one is giving forgotten step sister aside from the back table(pictured on the website)they did up very nicely. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very sweet and managed a basically full bar attending to every guest with care. We ordered the Italian nachos which we loved and the Picasso. The nachos had a generous amount of crumbled sausage cheese and bruschetta as well as some spicy peppers. We really enjoyed the nachos. The Picasso was a nice size, but the sandwich lacked a little seasoning and needed a little more balsamic. It felt kind of dry. For cocktails we got the strawberry lemon drop, it tasted a little medicinal and the cucumber lime spritz type drink(I can't recall the exact name). This one was very good. An overall very mixed experience but I want to give it another shot even if only for the nachos

We were seated at a table and took a while to be met by a server. Restaurant had a very traditional Italian restaurant vibe, which was executed well. Took a while for someone to come take our drink order, and we were given bread. Seemed like there was only 1 or 2 servers covering the whole place, so that could have been why it took a bit. Dinner orders were taken, and honestly came out very quickly. I had gotten a brick oven pizza, that was actually very tasty. We opted for some dessert as well, and ended up getting the three ice cream options they had. No picture because our kids devoured them. A cozy little Italian spot close to home. Reminds me of the local place that people come to celebrate life events. Would return for sure

The wood fired oven gives a nice char to the crust and creates nice "bubble trouble" as Portnoy affectionately calls them. If there was a little more sauce and more generous helping of sausage, this pizza would be even better. As it was, we still really enjoyed it. The salad was good too. Lots of dressing but not soggy. Dressing was interestingly slightly sweet but still pleasant. Overall a very enjoyable meal! Next time, will try to eat in.

I understand that not every place is child-friendly, but this is a pizza place! We are excited to introduce our kids to a variety of cuisines from a young age, and we thought pizza would be a good choice. They aren't chicken fingers and fries kinda kids . The food was decent; I wouldn't go as far as to say it was the best pizza I've ever had. However, the meal was overshadowed by the hostess's attitude. Throughout our visit, she kept glaring at us every time one of the kids made even the slightest noise. It felt incredibly unwelcoming. To make matters worse, they do not provide high chairs. When we mentioned that we'd still like to stay despite that, since our one-year-old can sit in a regular chair, it felt like a battle just to get one. It was clear that the hostess was eager for us to leave. Our meal felt rushed, as if we were being timed on how quickly we could eat. Her continual glares were uncomfortable, especially since we were seated right next to the hostess stand. It's unfortunate how much a bad hostess can negatively impact a dining experience. I genuinely hope the management realizes this and considers better training for their staff. Overall, this experience made it clear to me that I won't be returning. They really need to work on creating a welcoming environment for families. Especially because of the town they are located in.

There's also a cute little ice cream shop called Sam's Scoops as well, which has a seriously yummy vegan cookies & cream flavor. My favorite thing to do on the mile is kayaking and spending a whole afternoon on the water. There's even a couple of "secret beach" islands, though they seem sort of inhabited, though fun to explore the perimeters of. Like I said, I really LOVE it here.

When I said no, we were told they had many reservations coming in and that we could either wait or return at 8 PM. The interaction felt cold, uninviting, and honestly a bit embarrassing.
