Love Seabridge Marina. I walk here often. So many restaurants to enjoy too. New Italian place, Seabridge Restaurant and Bar just opened. There's Mexican, Yolanda's, The Raven, Sura ( Korean), Anaba ( Sushi), a ramen place, The Golden Egg , a Coffee Bean, Buttercup Frozen yogurt .. just to name a few. I just love the views here for a walk or a romantic dinner. Actually also for a girls night out! I always have a great time! The sunsets and sunrises here are gorgeous. My favorite spot in Oxnard! If someone ever asks you what's Oxnard like, you MUST show them this place. It's the perfect area to take a stroll. There's even a playground for your kids to enjoy. My favorite part of coming to Seabridge is enjoying a Blender's drink while sitting on the dock and sometimes letting my feet soak in the beautiful water. Did I mention it's the perfect spot to take pictures? On some occasions, i've seen photoshoots occur here, including a prom photoshoot! Lastly, don't forget to try the local restaurants here! The Seabridge community is something to see. They have banks, a grocery store, drugstores, coffee shops, juice and smoothie bars, a sushi joint, a Korean restaurant, and more plus outside seating, smoking areas, stadium seating, biking/jogging/walking paths all surrounded by tranquil waters, a marina, bridges and hundred thousand dollar boats & houses. Also, I have to say that compared to the rest of Oxnard--the food in this particular area is definitely more expensive. And although I do not live here and I'm only reviewing as a visitor, I did live on the lake in Westlake Village and in time, would probably get super bored among the old and crunchy people who inhabit those buildings. For now, I'm awed and happy there's this gorgeous area to enjoy a run, hang out, grab a bite or be pretentious while I'm here. Go Oxnard! :) read more

Such a hidden gem literally. I wouldve never known in all my life this tucked-away community existed going down the street that leads to toppers and hampton inn/picnic area. A friend took pics so I was curious and found it. Beautiful grounds, pristine homes, terrific walkways, gardens, bridges, and a shopping center in front kinda hides it all. Yolanda's mexican looks good, will try next time. Blenders juices are good. Jersey Mikes (yawn) coffee bean, fishermans catch (see review) some fast food sushi joint (dont care) and a chipotle your options here, along with a Vons that 100 other posters said already. Liked so much came 3 times in 1 week. Loved walking here and was depressed to come home. Would love to live here in these homes (they run about a mill at zillow.) Easy parking and free. What a nice lawn area (many) to do a picnic. Even have BBQ pits. Restrooms closed for now. A welcoming community. Just dont sneeze on them. Great for walking and circling the marina/homes to end up back where you started and grab coffee or a bite to eat! read more

Seabridge is & has been my little sanctuary. When it was decided that another harbor area would be built along with very modern loft living with store fronts, I knew it would be beautiful & bring in more business into the city of OXNARD. For years, OXNARD has been a get away for a lot of the elites & celebrities of LA, but Seabridge attracted even more people to live in the area full time. Not only were there people moving here from LA, now they were also coming from Santa Barbara. Seabridge is this area off of Victoria Ave. on the OXNARD side (Victoria Ave. extends into the city of Ventura as well) & it has restaurants & other businesses. I used to spend a lot of time in Seabridge because my gym, 24 Hr Fitness is located right there, along with Yolanda's Mexican cafe, Fresco's, the Seabridge park, Von's, Anaba, Coffee Bean, Blenders & other stores. On week days I used to lay a blanket down & read or walk a few miles around the harbor area. It's the perfect place to spend the day if you have no plans. When I lived in Oxnard, I would often go to the gym for a few hours, shower & dress at the gym, meet friends for drinks or dinner & take a stroll. Once in a while there will be people doing yoga or Zumba in the open area behind Coffee Bean & there were summer time concerts. I hope the city plans to have more going on there in the near future. read more

My favorite place in Oxnard! Great food, beautiful views, and activities to do. There's a range of different places to eat from sushi, seafood, pizza, Mexican, Mediterranean, desserts, smoothies, etc. Even have banks, dry cleaners, and a Von's. Whatever your heart's desire, they've got it here! Great place to have a picnic as well. There are plenty of seating areas, a playground for the kids, and its always a nice stroll around the area. There are views no matter where you turn! There are also plenty of vendors in the docking areas that let you rent a boat to sail around the harbor, paddleboard, kayak, etc. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. There are always locals here strolling around and I recommend chatting with a few, they'll definitely give you recommendations of places to visit/eat. They always know the best spots! read more

My brother visited from Maryland (he is military) and we walked the island on a sunny day. He said it reminded him of a retirement community in Florida. Rofl! Kind of does. I recommend walking the bridge early morning and checking out the local businesses. There are bat rays and small sharks in the water near the ampitheatre. We even saw a little red octopus over there (I swear). read more

Great quiet and peaceful area for a walk. There are several businesses in this area from a 24 hour fitness to a Vons grocery store. The best part are the walking paths around the water. They weave around varied apartment/condos and housing in the area. There is a calming relaxing feeling walking here. There are also various workout stations along the walk as well as a park and children's play area in two locations. read more

This is a nice place to take a stroll. There's great marina views, boats, ducks and beautifully landscaped and well-manicured lawns. Most of the residents are retirees who take pride in keeping their homes and community as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Area is extremely clean and regularly patrolled by security personnel. read more

It's located behind that new plaza where Vons, Round Table, Coffee Bean etc are. My brothers and their friends took their Prom pictures here. I live here at Seabridge and I have lived here for about six months now. It is hell on earth with the HOA that harasses you and takes control of your life. They have falsely accused my dog of being aggressive, of incessant barking, and told me that neighbors have been complaining. My dog does not bark, yet two renters moved in downstairs and THEIR dogs CONSTANTLY bark! My dog is not aggressive and is the love of my life, but these people just sent me a letter saying that it is in the rules and regulations that if someone feels that my dog is a threat, they can remove my dog from the premises. How can this be legal? I now have to incur legal fees to fight for my rights. This place is a joke, and the people are rude. Might LOOK beautiful, but trust me, if you are under 80, you do NOT want to live here! read more

I have lived in Seabridge for 6 1/2 years. My wife and I feel that we live in a paradise. Yes, there have been problems. The HOA meetings have been contentious. The lots are small. Parking restrictions sometimes get in the way. Other than that, I can't imagine a better place to live. Very friendly community with some of the nicest people we have ever met. Lots of planned and unplanned social activities, and a very active social committee. Absolutely beautiful setting, and a fabulous climate. Only a mile from a very nice beach. Large, very nice residences. Easy access to the CI Harbor for boating, kayaking, etc. A gated community with security. I often tell people that, when I leave Seabridge, it will be feet-first. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, and I don't think I ever will. read more

I live across the street from here and walk the main loop all the time. It's about 2.5 miles long and you can walk the whole thing in about an hour. It loops all the way around the boat docks of the seabridge community. I recommend walking here at Sunset on a clear day to catch the hidden beauty of Oxnard Harbor. Feel free to bring your dogs, kids, family, significant other etc. It really is an awesome place walk. You can park at the Vons shopping center or 24 hour fitness shopping center and access the walk path from there. read more

I must admit, for such a large complex of townhomes/condos, this is really a nice place to hangout, walk, chill, and probably ... live. We visited a friend here for the day, sat out in their open courtyard, then took a few mile walk around the complex and surrounding bay/docks. The weather was gorgeous so I think that clinched the approval, but the views and atmosphere of this place is wonderful. The walkways are public as are the playgrounds & picnic areas. Security gates allow residents to access their private & common courtyard patios which have fireplaces and lounge chairs among other amenities like grills and spas. The setup is not necessarily for "our" family with three large dogs and the need for 3000+ square feet of living area, but for a retired couple or small family with small pets I can see where this place is paradise. Can't wait to on our "1-day vacation" here once again. I'm giving this place a 4/5 stars only because I've spent a single day here and haven't experienced all there is to offer. Awesome place, cool bridge, nice housing areas, connected to the harbor, public access to park and dock.....all awesome. I love the shopping centers. Vons, round table pizza, fisherman's catch, anaba sushi in one center. 24 hr fitness, yolanda's, mean-ed's pizza, fantastic chicken, and marble slab in the other plaza. the walkways are nice and great for exercise or even for a stroll with a loved one. Mmmm, good times. There is however, no fishing unless you go on your own boat, which is a given. read more

This is a really nice area to walk around especially around sunset and in the evenings after dinner. We are quite lucky to have it in our area, as it a lovely place just to hang out. We have had our boats in many different marinas over the years, but Seabridge is by far the best yet. The environment is clean, beautifully landscaped, and exceptionally quiet. All the boats are well-maintained and the facilities are clean and as good as you'll find at many yacht clubs. There's a tot lot for the little ones and the marina is so well protected that it's almost like having your boat on a lake; excellent for kayaking and stand-up paddle boards. The slip price is well below the local competition, stores and restraunts are adjacent to the docks and the office staff is exceptionally helpful. Sorry sailors ... the bridge over Channel Islands Harbor limits access to Seabridge to powerboats, small sailing vessels, and those few larger sailboats that have tabernacle mast steps. So far Seabridge Marina is all powerboats, so no clanking halyards to keep you awake at night! read more

My husband and I love Seabridge being our neighborhood! There's great walking and biking routes, playground, tot lot, shops and restaurants. Always very clean and there is also courtesy patrol at all hours so it's nice to see the HOA fees being put to good use. Landscaping always lush and clean and never noise problems. I recommend this area to everyone. read more
