That being said, this place is like a puppy mill for ball pythons. They house 5+ baby ball pythons in a single 18x18 with 5 or 6 condos packed. They have zero enrichment or cover. The 1st time I came they actually had a variety of reptile species and different types of reptiles and I had high hopes for this shop. Now it's just more ball pythons than I've seen anywhere outside of an expo. I assume they're trying to breed and are just dumping all their unwanted hatches here, or someone else is. There's no genetic information available either. Their wood branches they ask $65 for are half the size of what I pay $50 for. In June they were charging $5 for pinky mice. That's insane! Now they are asking $4, which is still double the cost anywhere else. I've tried being nice about it and asking if they could make any type of exception on pricing being I have a large collection of snakes, some geckos, a skink, and a beardie (I have an entire reptile room). I spend money on feeders weekly, and explained the cost elsewhere. Won't budge at all. I can not in good conscience pay ridiculous prices. I'm willing to over pay for things to get what I want/need as I have a really good job, but double the cost or more is an insane practice and causes distrust in the community. I have my bachelors degree in business, have a career in sales, and am currently building a 501(c)3 in my spare time. I do not have time for poor business ethics. I've given this place more chances than I give any other. I know one of their breeders they've done business with and I have picked up multiple animals from him myself, he likes these people on a personal level, so I've tried to support them. Again, nothing personal against anyone here. I really hope you guys turn things around and your business is overwhelmed with positive support.

Their aquariums are all clean and healthy looking, unlike big box stores that have sick, dieing or infected fish with ick or other diseases. The aquarium plants are all vibrant and healthy looking, free of snails and other pests. I bought my electric blue acara in this store and he was extremely healthy and lively from the beginning. I highly recommend anyone to go to this place first, if they want a great fish keeping experience and not the painful regret of starting the hobby after buying sick fish from other bigger locations.

It's a large Petco and offers grooming, training and pet supplies for dogs, cats, chinchillas, and a variety of pets. I believe they sell food and supplies for birds, fish, turtles and guinea pigs also. The cashiers are generally friendly. There was one that wasn't but I haven't seen her there for years. The store, like most animal stores, smells of animals...to be expected. Petco has Vital Care Rewards which I enjoy and 20% discount on litter and 10% discount on food. The parking in this area can be tricky and even a little dangerous, so be careful. There's several spots close to the front entrance of the store but when they fill up, the overflow parking is large but walking back to the entrance you pass a stream of oncoming traffic. There's speed bumps and usually cars will stop to let you pass but just be careful. They offer buy online and pickup in store. They also offer curbside pickup.
