I put a $1500 deposit on a Chihuahua puppy that was supposed to be born and ended up passing away…read more the total price of the Chihuahua was $3000 I was told. after the puppy passed away the Chihuahua became pregnant again. when that puppy was born I was told the puppy will be ready in a couple months and the total price would be 4200 for one or 5000 for the male. not the original price of 3000 that I was told. so I either pay more money or lose my $1500 deposit both ways I'm losing money. I was told the new price after I had already put down the nonrefundable deposit.

They says papers in hand when you get the dog .. I didn't care but they don't have anything just a self made "shots record" and fake worming record ... they don't send them to the vet or have them vet checked or under supervision... it's gross they don't let you back to see the "kennels" I have a video of them in cages .. I'm trying to get my $ back for the health issues but they do not honor it ... they over charge it's greed I only took him to save the little guy ... al I want is my refund for the vet and meds already over 300.00 and counting ... I can't deal with this place. I will say, the kids and the dad who run the shop are very nice,…read morerespectful, and I can tell they want to succeed which I 100% support that. That being said, this place is like a puppy mill for ball pythons. They house 5+ baby ball pythons in a single 18x18 with 5 or 6 condos packed. They have zero enrichment or cover. The 1st time I came they actually had a variety of reptile species and different types of reptiles and I had high hopes for this shop. Now it's just more ball pythons than I've seen anywhere outside of an expo. I assume they're trying to breed and are just dumping all their unwanted hatches here, or someone else is. There's no genetic information available either. Their wood branches they ask $65 for are half the size of what I pay $50 for. In June they were charging $5 for pinky mice. That's insane! Now they are asking $4, which is still double the cost anywhere else. I've tried being nice about it and asking if they could make any type of exception on pricing being I have a large collection of snakes, some geckos, a skink, and a beardie (I have an entire reptile room). I spend money on feeders weekly, and explained the cost elsewhere. Won't budge at all. I can not in good conscience pay ridiculous prices. I'm willing to over pay for things to get what I want/need as I have a really good job, but double the cost or more is an insane practice and causes distrust in the community. I have my bachelors degree in business, have a career in sales, and am currently building a 501(c)3 in my spare time. I do not have time for poor business ethics. I've given this place more chances than I give any other. I know one of their breeders they've done business with and I have picked up multiple animals from him myself, he likes these people on a personal level, so I've tried to support them. Again, nothing personal against anyone here. I really hope you guys turn things around and your business is overwhelmed with positive support.
