The workers here are very knowledgeable and helpful! I bought a filter (along with many other things) and I had messed it up. When I took it back one of the workers fixed it for me and prevented me from wasting money on a new filter. Great staff, and very healthy fish! read more

I love the quality of care of the fish I bought here because you can tell the difference from other fish that I bought somewhere else . It didn't stay with us long and at wow fish shop I had my fish for many years and they're still healthy. The price was very reasonable for what you get. The way they handle their pets goes to show how much they know/care. Purchased a cockatiel from here a few months ago, the younger employee who grabbed the bird was very rude, put gloves on and just went for it, the bird looked to be in agony and it was clear it didn't trust the employee. The owner claimed it to be a juvenile but after several vet visits it's clear the bird is 5+ years old. I've visited several pet stores that have hand weaned cockatiels and I can attest to the fact that these guys are just purchasing them from whoever they can get their hands on them. I come here 2 a week. I recently bought a 20-30 fishtank. And buy most of the fishes here! staff here is very friendly and welcoming. always helpful when I have questions, about certain fishes. if you plan on getting a fish for your little one. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I WOULD. This place is absolutely disgusting and heartbreaking. I had went to this place in hopes of purchasing a pair of budgies. When I arrived I seen feces of and food trays everywhere on the floor in the bird/reptile area. This was the first Red flag. While waiting for service I went to look over at the turtles. They had over 3 DEAD turtles in the tank. While a good 20+ swam around and even on them. Please PLEASE shut this place down. If i could give 0 stars I would , I recently visited this store in hopes of rehoming a budgie when walking in it looks nice and the workers act like they care only to get you to spend your money , we had to wait while the workers cleaned the reptile and bird room not to mention but the way they clean enclosures is absolutely terrible , lots of these reviews must be fake . I never intended on bashing this pet shop but it's extremely sad . As I was still waiting in hopes of maybe just saving one bird ( they all looked so sick and many fishes are just dead in the tanks as well ) I happened to come across a small tank with over 15+ turtles and I was saddened to literally see 3 HUGE TURTLES DEAD. I was able to take a picture and that's when the lady got very upset and said NO PICTURES , after that I felt extremely uncomfortable and had to leave PLEASE REPORT THEM THIS IS ANIMAL CRUELTY. read more

Made the mistake of not coming here first when we went to get fish for our 125 gallon tank . Do not go to percolate for your fish , come here. They have a huge variety and the employees are awesome . They are very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions. They have some really cool and unique wines too read more

Great place to bring your dogs for grooming and shots. They did a great job cleaning up my dog I had recently received from a family member. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter also brings her dog here to get her nails trimmed and teeth cleaned. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I recently bought a lovebird from here to be a companion for my other lovebird. I realized some of the pets in the store were malnourished and looked sick so I quarantined the bird that I bought from my other bird. I even got told from a good friend of mine to not buy pets from here because they're all sick. Clearly I should've listened because unfortunately tonight 8/9/19 I had to put my bird to sleep. She was struggling to breath and had collapsed into her food. Please please do not buy pets from here they are sick and will die. If I could sue these people I would. To this place is terrible in every way from there pets health to the customer service from the owners !! I spent 350 dollars there and they treated me like I'm wasting their time !! The lady rushed me out of there so rude !! I'm fluent in Korean and even was talking to them in Korean not English and they were still acting really rude !!! It's really dirty too !! Too high priced and buy back is TERRIBLE He is very knowledgeable and has a good variety. However, he is WAY over priced and his buy back is terrible. We paid about $150 to him for 5 fish. We had a predicament arise a few months later and had to sell. We took them back to his store (plus a few extras we had that were large as well) and he only offered us only $30 for all 8!! I know he has to make a profit but he sells them for $30 or $40 each easy! We are extremely disappointed because we were left in a situation where we had no where for the fish to go or they would have died. There are other places and deals to get fish from. If you are willing to pay a high price and have NO decent buy back if needed, then this is your place. read more

The animals are kept in really small cages. The animals look sick and seem like they aren't in the best quality to be in. Also, I wouldn't feed those rats to my snake because they looked really sick. No thanks. The fish look cool but I wouldn't buy the animals foe their poor conditions. read more

Hello! Absolutely love this place! The difference between this place and Petsmart/ Petco is astronomical! Clean tanks no dead fish and all there animals are extremely well taken care of. The inky concern I am had was the baby guinea pigs who did not have any hay. There pellets were hay based though and they seems very healthy. Yes they are in smallish spaces but larger chain pen stores would cram fifty into that guinea pigs space. Plus they are only babies. They didn't seem inbred at all and I can really appreciate that. read more

This place is horrible! Went in to get a mouse companion for my Mocha, and the mice were in small tubs, I asked for a female and the owners were not helpful and said they didn't know the sexes of the mice! Kept in a small tub and they get picked up with tongs. I understand they could be used for snake feed but they still deserve an actual proper cage! Sure the fish look ok but the small animals and birds look miserable! Left without buying and will never return. read more
