Sea Breeze Glass did a phenomenal job replacing a broken safety mirror on a sliding closet door from 1990. I thought I would have to buy an entire new set of doors for the closet but their fix saved me hundreds of dollars. Even after having to retrofit the door frame, the door still fits perfectly. 10/10. read more

Great follow up! Our mirrors look great, not overpriced, professional friendly installers zero complaints

After getting a quote for $30k to replace our windows and 3 sliding glass doors, I started looking at other options. We had a dual paned window that was clouded on one side only, but we knew our HOA wouldn't be happy about it. We also had 3 enormous sliding glass doors that were impossible for a normal human to open. One of them screamed like someone was being murdered every time we opened it. And I was pretty sure my neighbors were gathering up a posse to take me in for a noise complaint. But I digress. For less than the coat of a brand new slider, Seabreeze replaces the clouded window and replaced all the wheels on our sliders. Not only do they open and close like butter, they are silent. I'm still waiting for my neighbors to thank me. Highly recommend, as this place is fast to respond, reasonably priced, and I'm extremely happy with the work they did. read more

Two different experiences. First experience was terrific, easy estimate, pleasant knowledgeable tech staff, very satisfied. Three months later I tried them again in a new home. Estimate went fine, agreed to proceed on a new shower door. More than two weeks later I called to get an update on installation. No date was set but "soon" was the basic answer. My next call established a date for install. On the following call I was told one of the techs had back issues and we had to delay. A few days later I called again and learned he was still out with his injury. That was our last communication. The business phone had a full voice mail and after several more attempts to reach Sea Breeze, I finally was able to leave a message that If I didn't hear back that week I'd need to move on. No further communication, very strange. I selected San Diego's Famous Shower Doors to do my job. They were terrific in every way--price, service, timeliness. I highly recommend them. read more

Had three estimates for window replacement for a total of 11 windows done. All three estimates were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. Sea Breeze Glass is a Poway company and I wanted to support them even though their estimate was the middle price estimate. Scheduled measurements to be taken and went with a 70 rating glass. Unfortunately when the first batch of windows came in, none of the windows fit. This was really frustrating. Rachel did her best to make things right and we did receive some of the windows (approximately 4 windows) within a week or so. After a couple more weeks the remaining windows and a special order half-moon type window arrived and were installed. The final installation was professional and quick. Rachel gave us 15% off on the materials which knocked off $365 dollars. I felt this was a very fair and generous gesture on their part. I would recommend Sea Breeze to anyone considering window replacement. read more

Not very helpful/responsive. I asked a specific question and they responded with a clarifying question a couple days later. I answered, and then never heard anything further. read more

Great service Fair price! Came when they said. Very professional! Replaced the glass in my front window.

I had a cracked window and this rockstar company replaced it. From my initial contact with them until after the job was done, this company has exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, efficient, and super nice. On top of that, they charged me much less than any other company came close to quoting. I absolutely recommend them!!!! read more

Sea Breeze Glass - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Poway, California

This is the secret that window companies don't want you to know about. We live in an HOA with windows that are architecturally unsound, as they consist of a group of large panes canted at ~50 degree angle into the roof, and joined with a vertical group of small panes at the wall. (University Canyon, you know what I mean.) The glass is single-paned, fragile, and prone to leaks. These guys will fix JUST the broken window pane, so instead of $1,600, it's just over $160. And it takes less than a week -- not 30+days -- for them to come out and do the work! They will give you an hour window (not four), show within the window (but earlier than the last 5 minutes), and they complete the work in less time than a Seinfeld episode. I would totally call them again, no question. They are in my phone contact list. read more

New shower doors and tub enclosure just installed and we absolutely love them! Both bathrooms have been completely redone top to bottom and the enclosures are the jewelry in the rooms. Would recommend Sea Breeze Glass to anyone needing shower and/or tub enclosure. They were accommodating with measurement schedule, very safe in our Covid-19 world, great with follow-up, wonderful options to choose from and great pricing. Installation scheduling was easy and worked around our plans. The install team was so kind, Covid safe and tidy you don't even know they were there. Will be calling on them for more work in the future and will recommend them to others whenever possible. read more

I am blown away by the horrible costumer service. We went in to ask about hardware and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude from the start. Did not bother with to ask any questions to find out what exactly we were looking for, was very dismissive of our questions and we had to walk out when she said "Your GC should probably know what they are doing". If you want someone who is helpful or the slightest bit friendly...would not go here. read more

We had a great experience with Sea Breeze Glass. We needed a shower door installed on our guest bathroom and called them for a quote. Rachel was very pleasant to work with and the install team was very professional. Everything was done in a very timely manner. The install team noticed that the specific custom measurement did not match the second piece of glass that they were sent out with and immediately called our attention to the issue. To be entirely honest, we wouldn't have noticed the very slight difference in measurement but we were very impressed with the install team for paying such close attention to detail and having the integrity to do such a high quality job! We're very satisfied with the finished product and would definitely recommend them! read more

Sea Breeze Glass - Finished shower door :-) - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Poway, California

I was really satisfied with the work that Sea Breeze did with my master shower glass installation. The initially booked me a week out for a consultation, but when I said I wanted it sooner, they promised to look for a cancellation. They lived up that and actually came out to measure and quote the very next day. They were the most professional out of the 4 glass companies that gave me bids, and also came in with an incredibly reasonable price. They also accommodated multiple changes to the original design and came out an additional time to re-measure based on the hardware we wanted. They were very realistic about when the glass would ship (basically to the day) and there was an additional delay due to COVID exposure/illness on their end. So it did take over a month for the project to complete. However, they were able to get me scheduled and the installation went off very smoothly. I loved how the shower and hardware turned out. read more

My wife and I just went through a year long, complete remodel of our home. We needed glass for our master bathroom shower. Sea Breeze came out, and provided us with a quick quote that was very reasonable. A few weeks later Josiah came back and installed it. He did a fantastic job. It looks perfect and is exactly what we wanted. Their communication was great, and they showed up on time. Very rare to receive top service these days. Highly recommend these folks. read more

My husband and I went into this local business not knowing if they could help us or not. We were at the vets office in the same lot. The lady at the front sat with us and google different things for us and ultimately found the exact weird part we were looking for. I wonder how many of these situations happen but no on posts about it. She made no money off us that day just knowledge and suggestions for our situation. I sent my son there way to buy showers. When we do our house we will call them too. Sarah read more

Very responsive and knowledgeable. They are always on time and gets the work done fast. Never leaves a mess .

We initially went to this business to replace a broken window, we had two broken windows. We called and got an estimate. The next day we went to get the glass we had to wait three hours because they didn't know where their glass cutter was. We finally got the glass wrapped in cardboard very nicely. The second time we went their to replace the other broken window, about a week later, we went to pick it up and we were told by a blonde lady that they never wrap glass or put it in cardboard unless it's a pattern?? I told her last time they did. She said she didn't know when last time was but they don't do that. Last time was about a week ago. She seemed rude and unhelpful to us. We will not be going back to the business and we do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated decently. read more

I was in a bind, we were having a Barbecue on Saturday and had only a few days to get our outdoor table glass replaced as it had broke into a million pieces. SEA BREEZE to the rescue!!! I got quotes from 3 different glass stores and Sea Breeze had the best price. Rachel rushed the order so I could have it for the party. They took great care putting it into my van and made sure it was padded and secure for the drive home. When I redo my shower Sea Breeze will definitely have my business! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Sea Breeze Glass. Our shower door randomly exploded in the middle of the night (not installed by Sea Breeze). At 9 months pregnant with a dog and toddler I was pretty eager to get help. Sea Breeze was able to get a crew out to clean up that day and get me an estimate for replacement. AMAZING! They switched shower glass door manufacturers in between the estimate and install so it took an extra week or so, but they were transparent about it and gave me updates and still installed earlier than we'd been quoted elsewhere. The team from admin to tech and beyond were just really nice. (Professional too, but niceness is even harder to come by!) I had several quotes before choosing Sea Breeze, and though they did end up being the most affordable I would have chosen them for the experience even if they were not. read more

Sea Breeze took care of our glass shower enclosures and I was really impressed with not only the product, but the customer service. The two guys who came out for the measuring and installation for two bathrooms were always cheerful, polite, and nice. Have used multiple times for two different houses. They do awesome work when it comes to frameless shower enclosures. Recently we had a shower door that was out of adjustment(installed by someone else when the house was built). So we called sea breeze and they came out next day. Fixed and didn't even charge us. Dawnyelle is very nice and professional. All the guys that have come out are polite and clean. Mike is our favorite. Thanks to everyone! read more

Big Big Big shout out to this company. I used to build homes in the midwest before relocating to San Diego. So now I don't have my "go to" trades people/companies. I needed to replace 11 windows in our new purchase. Sea Breeze was recommended to me from a neighbor...and I'm glad I listened. From the office to the field, what a great team. Thank you Rachael for talking me through the process and follow up. Thank you Josiah for being friendly, courteous, and professional while being in my home. Great service. Gave good advice and created exactly the table top glass I requested. Thank you.

This is a high-quality outfit. There was a delay in obtaining a replacement Windows I needed, but that was unavoidable as the supplier to Sea Breeze had closed down operations for a while due to C 19. Other than that, our windows are of a very high quality and were delivered according to promise and installed very professionally. I felt that this group did everything they could to go the extra mile and highly recommend them. read more
