I worked with Cris and his team to update an outdated 1970s 1-bedroom apartment. This job included moving a waterline, completely gutting the bathroom, installing drywall, installing new kitchen cabinets, shelving and closet system and general painting. His team did a fantastic job! He provided a very affordable quote and was able to start the job in a shorter time frame than the other 4 bids I received. Cris and his team: foremans Luis and Noel were such a pleasure to work with! Everything was seamless, easy and relatively stress free for a major home renovation. I designed everything and they brought it to life. They took down a load bearing wall and renovated our kitchen and laundry room. This also entailed moving major appliances, pipe lines, etc. my husband and I were so worried about it. But they ensured us it wouldn't be a problem for them. From the beginning of contact Cris was extremely kind, easy to talk to and responsive. He was organized and gave us an estimated start date and ended up starting sooner than expected which was great! Gave us an estimated timeline of originally 2-3 weeks. During the reno we asked for more things to be done and they still finished in 3 weeks. They kept our house clean even during the renovation. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were always on time to work around 830a and left around 430-5p. For everything that was done, it was also very reasonably priced! My husband and I always wanted to build a garage, but our yard was below street level and there was a large tree that needed to be removed. Therefore, we thought this would be a more difficult task than usual. We actually had other companies tell us they would not be able to do the job. My husband and I were very pleased with the work Cristian and his team did in our kitchen and bathroom. From the first time we met to discuss the project, to the completion, we experienced professionalism, hard work and constant communication. This being our first home remodel, we weren't 100% sure of what materials we needed and when we needed them. The team was kind enough to purchase certain materials and provide a receipt of the costs for reimbursement. They were patient with some postal delays and were open to feedback. The timing originally provided to us seemed very optimistic, but had we not had delays with the mail and those build your own cabinets from IKEA, we would have made that timing. It was a quick project for an almost completely new kitchen and bathroom. You cannot beat their price. The staff was extremely friendly. They showed up everyday, on time. As we approached project end, they showed up early and stayed late. They did what they needed to make sure everything was complete. A shower piece we purchased was defective and after the project ended, they still came back to install it. They seriously do it all. This was our third project with Cris and his team, and the biggest one to date: knocking down the wall between our kitchen and living room (which included re-running all plumbing and electrical), adding a half bath and pantry, and fully remodeling the kitchen: cabinets, counter tops, the works. There's no other team we'd trust to do the job, and the result was our DREAM kitchen. Overall, the process took about a month, and was substantially quicker than any project we've done (especially considering how extensive the work was). We stayed on the exact same budget we set prior to starting the project, with zero surprise charges even as the scope of work shifted throughout the project. I had some ideas on what I wanted to get done and he came in and gave his honest opinion on what my options were and gave me some advice since he's been in the process multiple time himself as a homeowner. We had a neighbor who had a broken pipe and who refuses to have it looked at for two weeks. So our ceilings and walls were damanged in multiple spots throughout our condo. Once the leak was fixed, Seabreeze came in and quickly open the walled and dried any residual water. They patched the ceiling and walls and we can't tell there was any damage. The leak also caused the wood floor to buckle. The team were able to sand and restained the wood so it looked even better that what we originally had! It's basically a new condo. Then the floors were too nice so we had them update our kitchen cabinets and backsplash! It was done so quickly and we get so many compliments!
