Had to take my child's phone in after she dropped it & crackedthe screen. The girl at the desk was extremely nice, service was great & it was ready in the 20 minutes she said it would be. It was $109.00 to fix & I don't know if that's the norm but it was worth it! Great place would definitely use again. So not even a month later and I am back at Screen Works because another one of my children dropped her ipad and of course cracked the screen. Now this was for an ipad not phone and I must say Screen Works was just as helpful as last time. While it did take a little longer than a phone to fix, which is understandable, again it was done with the same amount of professionalism and quality as the first time. I am so impressed with this place I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone! Plus the fact that Eric (the owner) was so hospitable, courteous and informative - he gave this old lady instructions on my iphone I didn't know. I've been coming here for a while now, whenever I need a repair or advise, these are the guys I go to. This weekend I went in to have the protection film on my iPhone replaced. The service was fast and they were able to do it while I waited there. They have always been very welcoming and warm, which at some places is not the case. I have had my wife's iPhone screen replaced here and they did a fantastic job. They are very knowledgeable in their field, which is good, because I am nowhere near that. the repair was super fast, I took in my daughters ipod 5th gen and I paid 130 for the repair as well as a screen protector for an additional 5. The screen shattered exactly a month later with the screen protector on as well as a case. Based on the reviews I didnt bother to ask if there was a warranty. So I'm stuck in BFE visiting family in Fresno, when lo and behold, my stupid phone goes all haywire. I think it's the heat cuz the heat there can make anything haywire, but whatever the reason, I panic. If I don't get my phone working quick, I might get attacked in Clash of Clans and I remembered I have a weakness in my left wall (seriously, that's a panicky moment). And stupid me, I left my iPad mini at home, so I'm screwed and I'll have lost thousands of elixir right before I'm about to get my dragon. Although initially I had another problem with my phone after the fix, they eventually fixed everything, and quickly. The service was great and fast. I was referred by my dad, who is also really happy with them, but they don't just do screens. I took my phone in for a charging and then speaker problem. I will probably take all my devices there when I have issues. My phone has been working perfectly since I got both problems fixed. We took my sons iphone in for repair. They fixed the screen for 120 after taxes. After a couple of days the screen started to lift and he push it down to set it back in place and the screen cracked. We took it in immediately since we had a 45 day warranty. They told us that the warranty didnt cover physical damagae. Even though we didnt physically damage it we were just trying to put the screen back in place. I felt that they didnt even install the screen correctly since it lifted after only 2 weeks. Very unhappy with their service even though they had a sign in their store that said customer satisfaction is very important to them. Will not ever return to any of their stores read more

I took my iPad in that I was locked out of 6 months ago and was very pleased with their service. They were fabulous! However, come to find out I was at the AT&T store yesterday and learned that they had taken my SIM card from the iPad and the SIM card has been used by someone for the past 6 months. Took my phone to have the screen repaired. They charged me $120 (fair). The screen looks good, but some apps now show some "glitches". Also, they battery dies in a matter of hours with the new screen. They took the phone back to repair the battery issue, called me to let me know they had repaired it, but no... I still have the same issue. I can live with the glitches, but they messed up my battery. Nice shop, but customer service should be better, friendlier... one of the reps was yawning while helping me... nice. read more

My iPad screen got shattered and several of my friends had used ScreenWorks. They are nearby so I took it in David looked at it quoted me a price which was a whole lot cheaper than I thought it would be and said ok about 6. I thought 6 days, which was fine, but Uh no 6pm... that same day!! Which was 4 hours away! Picked it up at 6. Great job. I hope to never have the need for David's expertise but if I do I highly recommend ScreenWorks!! Reasonable, fast and he's funny. read more

I will never use this place again and don't recommend it. I got both the LCD and glass screens fixed alone with my lock button piece. Got it back and the home button was not flush, took it back and they "fixed" it and within the week had moved and was no longer flush yet again. The staff is very nice and friendly, however they use cheap materials. Been just a few months and all 3 things that got replaced are broken. In an otter box dropped the phone once on the back side and the front of the screen completely shattered. Also my volume switching component no longer works after having a "new" one put in. Used this place because of the great reviews but I am seriously disappointed in it. ****in response to the comment: i had 3 things replaced and within 3 months all were broken again without hard use on the phone, and inside an otterbox case. The home button was flush before bringing it to you guys, was not when it was picked up, I took it back and it was "fixed" for about 2 days and then dropped back down. When I had someone else fix my phone again when everything stopped working after having it replaced at screenworks I was informed that a piece was missing from under the home button. read more

Horrible service. Ipad was returned in worst condition than we dropped off. They could not fix charging problem and continued to string us along, promising to call us same day but never called us. I'm glad Fresno has one of these fast professional places in town. I like the atmosphere here it's a little bit like the bay area. I was greeted with help and dropped off an iPhone 6 plus to repair. The screws were stripped from previous owner so I had hoped this place would be able to get it fixed up for me. I dropped the phone off around noon and was emailed for order ready to be picked up around 3pm. The fit and finish was flush and everything worked as it should. Highly recommended place to get work done to your iPhone. They charged 10 dollar diagnostic fee which will be applied to the screen replacement which was about 120.00 out the door. That's pretty good in my books for under 1 day and constant updates. read more

They did a GREAT job quickly fixing my iPhone 4 power button, but I also almost walked out with an imitation Life Proof case that they told me was authentic. However, after closer inspection, and questioning the 49.99 price in my head (they normally sell for 79.99), I discovered it was not a legitimate Life Proof case. They promptly refunded my money for it, though, when I asked them to. Very risky selling counterfeit stuff. Please don't ruin your good business by doing that! Bottom line: Go there for repairs, not to try and purchase supposed brand name accessories for cheap. read more

Wish I could've given them 5 stars went there today. They had my sons IPhone 4 fixed in under an hour but the only problem with the store was that as we were waiting I couldn't check in!!! As a fellow yelper I knew they might have discounts or deals. As I mentioned this to 2 associates both of them mentioned no discounts to me. I bought a screen protector that's tempered glass at full price and the discount was for $12. sad that after a customer asks for help with yelp and if there was a discount both employees act as if they know nothing about a coupon. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give them 4 stars for everything else they did for me today. The Worst Experience I've Ever Had in Retail. I brought my phone to screenworks for repair because my phone's charge port was loose and I wanted to get it repaired before I go onto my upcoming trip. They let me know that they'll get the part soon but that the part might be not arrive in time to fix my phone before the trip, not a huge deal as I have a couple of chargers that still work. The part arrives sometimes in the middle of my trip and after I come back from my trip I have them repair my phone. A day or so later, I notice that when I call people they can't hear me very well and that I'm coming through muffled on their side so I bring the phone back in for repair since it's under their warranty. They go to work trying to fix this new problem that they created but when I get the phone back and I try it to call people they can't hear me at all. They tell me they will overnight a part and have it fixed by the weekend since they've messed it up even more with that repair. It's now been about 1 and a half weeks since that weekend,. I've visited their store a couple times and called many times and always end up being told that they're almost done or putting the phone back together as we speak and that they will call me back when it's ready which they never do. One day of the days I came to their store when they told me over the phone it was very close to be done and I ended up waiting near 90 minutes. After I got tired of waiting and asking for their manager, they brought my phone out and it wasn't even currently put together. Since then I've called them frequently and they always give me similar lines about it almost being done. They never call back and it's been a back and forth of this for about a week and a half. Having felt like enough time had passed I went in on Saturday and had them put my phone back together to see the progress. The phone still has the exact same problem of nobody being able to hear the caller after almost 2 weeks of it being "worked on". Apparently the phone was being worked on by a tech who is the store's general manager who doesn't work on weekends so they couldn't work on it until he got back on Monday! A completely miserable experience. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Update: I finally got my phone back around Monday 10/02/17. They admitted that they couldn't fix the phone as still nobody can hear me when I call them and they have ordered a motherboard to pretty much replace the entire inside of the phone. They let me know that the motherboard would arrive in 2-3 business days and that they would call me. I take my phone back to use it for videos and surfing the internet and the phone now has more problems including not being able to turn the screen sideways, constant audio cut outs every few seconds on the speakers and Sim Card connection problems which I can't fix. I call them today, Sunday 10/08/17 since they never called me back and they tell me that my part is in and they're working on it. I ask how they can be working on it when I took my phone back on Monday, they're surprised about the response as I guess they assumed they still had the phone and they ask me to bring the phone in. I bring it in and ask how long it will take and they say they will call me around 5 after they check out the problems I told them about. They never call and after a couple of more phone calls, I end up getting my phone's motherboard switched out and replaced and returned to me on 10/10/17. Unfortunately the speaker still has problems so the phone is still messed up and will have to go back in for about the 4th or 5th time. Final Update: Speaker was still having problems so I had them finally agree to replace my phone, manager bought it from "their manufacturer" and promised a partial refund of my initial cost. I come in to get the new phone and it doesn't come with the original charger and has some sticky stuff on the back so I doubt it's New but I'm already done dealing with this so I give them my old phone (like they ask me to). I ask about the newer phone not seeming new and they said it was sold by a re-seller who bought it then opened it but never used it but the phone was basically new which was not explained to me beforehand. They then tell me the manager who I talked to texts them and that they can't refund any of my initial cost. Basically a terrible month and a half where they break my phone, consistently lie about getting in touch with me and when it will be done so I have to call them and come into their shop many times. Then finally lie about a refund and my new phone being "new". Miserable experience to finally get everything corrected. read more

I would not recommend using them. Unfortunately just had my phone screen fixed and added the screen protector. When I got home I noticed that there is a large ring all the way around the screen protector that looks terrible. When I went back Leo explained to me that it's really just the curvature of the phone or that it could be the replacement glass that was used and there is nothing that can be done to fix it. That would of been nice to know before purchasing the screen protector. read more

Super helpful staff! My iPhone was not charging, I called Apple and they said I might have to send it in for repair or get a new phone. I took it to Screen Works instead and they cleaned out the charging port in a couple minutes. It works like new! Will definitely go back with any other issues. read more
