so my playstation wouldn't turn on for more than 1 second without shutting itself off. I thought for sure this thing was fried and would never work again, I've had experience with Daniel before so i knew that there was no one else i'd rather take it to than him, plus if it was fried he has a "if i can't fix it i won't charge you" policy. so i take it into him thinking i'm just going to get it back with no charge or repair. fast forward a little while after, this thing is running like it's in the olympics. not to mention overall customer service, Daniel is a real happy guy, it's hard to be in a bad mood around him, and he doesn't cut corners the least bit, and he'll probably make you laugh at least once while interacting with him. my power button had a slight jam so he took it out and filed back some of the plastic so it works perfect, and i took it in for a completely unrelated issue. you can tell this man takes pride in his work and if you're looking to get a console fixed i recommend no one else but this guy, plus since he works out of his home he doesn't have to worry about the up-keep of a store so all of his repairs are significanty less than any mall-store repair man. this is my second review on this page but this man honestly deserved it. read more

This guy is top notch. My wife found a 60GB Backwards Compatible PlayStation 3 and gave it to me for my birthday. Needless to say I was ecstatic, however, I've gone through 3 of them in the past regardless of the fact that I babied all of them. Not wanting to take any chances I took the PS3 to have its thermal paste changed and cleaned inside and I was only charged $30 which, to me, is an amazing deal. Unfortunately when I got my PS3 home it started acting up and we found out it had another issue. I immediately messaged Daniel, after hours, and he was still willing to take a look at it. He gave me my $30 back to put towards a new repair. Needless to say I was shocked. Never have I ever received nor seen such amazing customer service and professionalism from a repair man. He kept it over the weekend and I was able to get it back Monday. He informed me that he didn't feel my repair was 100% but that he still changed out what he felt was needed and tested it to make sure. Regardless of all the additional time and work he put into the system he still only charged me the original $30. Folks, don't go anywhere else. Trust this man. Daniel exceeded my expectations. I thought my PS4 was a goner after it had been worked on by someone else, so this was a last ditch effort. Daniel was leary at first warning me that depending on what was done before could have damaged the motherboard. He took on the job and told me give him about a week and I was ok with it because I had been without it for months and already determined I may need a new PS4 anyway. He texted me about an hour later with pictures of what he found and confident he could make the repair and showed me what the previous "repair" was attempted. The next text was picture of my PS4 working that same day I gave it to Daniel to repair! I picked it up the next day for a very fair price. I'm really happy with the work he did and he even warranties his work. So in closing Daniel is a super cool guy and knows his stuff. Have you ever wonder if the unicorn was real or if there was truly a service out there with exceptionally high quality but at a ridiculous low price? Well I'm here to tell you that one of these exists. It would have been more reasonable to say a unicorn was spotted, but it's actually the latter. In my only experience, I will say that Daniel has gone beyond my expectations. The issue was identified and fixed. Job was completed within the day unlike other places where I would have had to leave my PS4 there for 5 days. The bill was $65-$80 less than some of the other places I called. The only place in town I will go to get any tech fixed from now on. Our ps4's hdmi was not working due to a couple teeth being broken. We had called another place and they told us it was $100 and that doesn't include tax and warranty. But thank goodness my husband found Daniel who did it for $75 !! PLUS warranty!! He is very professional and he gets the job done. You don't pay him until he gets it fixed unlike other places who just wants your money first. After coming back from San Diego, I came home to find my Xbox not working and it would immediately shut off after being turned on. Daniel did a great job at repairing and cleaning my boys Xbox due to a Gatorade spill into the system. I read wonderful reviews on his work with game consoles and decided to give him a try. Either that or buy a new console. Within a couple of days we received the console back and it worked just like before the Gatorade accident.
