Against my better judgement of dealing with him the first time I agreed to having him install when another company never followed up. WHAT A MISTAKE! The minute he got my check on Jan 21 and cashed it on Jan 23 I didnt hear back from him although he told me someone would be out by the 23rd to measure. No one showed up so the I patiently waited for the entire next week. I called the office the next week and no one answered. Well this made me nervous since he had my money and was a no show now no answer at his office. I left him a message that I would be cancelling the check if I did not hear back from him. Well that got a response from him and he had an attitude with me. Told me his office girl was sick and he never stated he would send someone out to measure that week. He talks ALOT and kept talking over me after I let him give me his excuses. So I started talking over him and an argument ensued so he said he would cancel the contract. That was PERFECT for me. He even bragged how when he came to my house he took the time to "TEACH" me how to run my video equipment. I never asked him for the advice and he took up a lot of me time running his mouth and when I was just wanting to get him out of there. He did the same "I know it all" advice when he came out for the house windows. Cancelling the contract was the best move for me since I saved $600 by having the same guy who put the screened in room in initially install the windows. Be cautious with this guy. He has a horrible attitude and like others said his customer service is terrible. Read his reviews and see how he responds to the negative ones.

The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

We wanted Andersen windows made with FIBREX material and we discovered McKinley Pro is the only "Premier" Certified Andersen contractor in Central Florida (which I called Andersen to verify) that sells and installs them, and they offer 0% financing! From contract signing, measure, order placement & install, it could not have been a better experience and their communication is fantastic. House is already quieter and A/C does not appear to be coming on near as much. Great job guys!
