OMG! where do I begin to share my amazing experience that I had with Craig.. My house is 30+years old and still have all the 30+years old rotten balcony door and screens. Many holes were created on my balcony door and window screens due to many years of sun damage and wear-and-tear on screens, where flies and bugs would casually come in and out. so I gave up opening up my balcony door and windows during these hot burning days which led to $$$$$ = high electronic/gas bills. In the midst of hopelessness, Craig came to the rescue! He came out in a very timely manner, inspected problems and recommended customized balcony screen+frame (very tricky to do) and other screen repairs. Here are pros: - Price = very reasonable price even with custom-made frame. My current balcony frame situation was very challenging because the door frame is not leveled at all (very crooked = very challenging situation). He managed to make a balcony door that would fit my crooked frame as if it's been straight all along :) - Willingness to help = not only he performed excellent screen repair jobs (those are standard), when I was most impressed with was his willingness to help. after my old door was taken down, he dissembled them and placed into the recycle (which would've been a very annoying thing for me to do alone without his help). He even used WD40 (industrial oil) to smooth out my old balcony track as a courtesy!!! - He arrived on time that he promised and even sent me a text message to let me know in advance that he is on the way. Cons: I wish there's more than 5 star rating because I would've given him 10+ stars if I could! Overall, Craig is a great guy, very professional and his expertise in repairing screens+ customized frame made this appointment very pleasant experience for me. Craig is a great example of good people doing great, honest work. Now I can open my balcony door, Thanks to you, Craig!!!! read more

Super nice people. Great service. Great workmanship. The screens were done on time. I replaced the old plastic corners, I like the results. Courtney and Craig are efficient, prompt, professional and wonderful to work with. After our 120 pound dog decided to take out the screen door, I looked around at options for our oversized door. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Craig. He was exact on the price, and came out on short notice. His fees are reasonable, and although he did a bit of extra work to make the fit better, he didn't charge above what he had said sight-unseen! While he was here, I asked him to replace a window screen. Excellent job on both. Good prices, great service, prompt, friendly, etc. I'd have no reservations about using his services in the future (if the dog didn't learn her lesson - hopefully not the case). read more

Had a great experience from start to finish. Other people in this industry didn't even care to answer my phone calls or return my messages in a timely manner. Craig picked up the phone right away and was ready to do the job the same day had I not been busy. All of his custom built frames and screens are a perfect fit, and he won't hesitate to make an adjustment until it is perfect. His quality and perfection shows in the final product and you will be very satisfied. As an added bonus his prices are very fair and he is very professional and friendly. read more

I found Craig's business on Yelp. I needed to replace an old screen door, with a ripped screen and the screen door was not sliding correctly. Our sliding glass door was also very heavy and hard to slid. In addition, we had two screens on windows that needed to be replaced. I contacted Craig through Yelp and also left him a voice message. He replied immediately through Yelp and after several messages, I talked with him personally and scheduled an appointment. Craig is straight forward and gave me the prices for the items that needed replacing. He figured out right away what needed to be fixed. He also advised me on the sliding door and gave me a referral for a person to fix it. All and all, Craig is excellent in his customer service and also his skill of replacing old screens with new ones. He is very trustworthy! I highly recommend Craig for screen replacement and repair! read more

I called Craig B the owner to make a new screen for a bathroom, repair 8 screens through out the house and replace a sliding screen door. He responded promptly, arrived on time, gave me a very reasonable quote and then took the screens to repair and order the slider frame. He kept me posted as to the progress of the repair, returned in 4 days ahead of schedule. The work that was completed on my behalf was high quality, all screens and slider a perfect match and fit, and he exceeded my expectations for service, courtesy and professionalism. Overall, an easy and very pleasant experience. I would characterize myself as a perfectionist, sometimes to the extreme. Let me restate, the work was outstanding, timely, and high quality. I would without reservation recommend Craig and his company for any job you may have. Note, I have a two story home, and he did work on both levels. read more

Craig (the owner) came by personally and provided fast efficient professional service. He understands friendliness, courteousness, how to be meticulous and ensure you are a satisfied customer. Order and delivery was as promised. All prices are clearly mentioned in advance. I was very confused and didn't know who to choose. I relied on his previous ratings and was not disappointed. Craig understand the appropriate screening material, is able to analyze the condition of current screens and frames and did not oversell his products or services. I found the humble hard and friendly work of this person to be outstanding. I rarely write a review but am compelled to do so.
