We needed to replace the screens on our two patio sliding doors due to a neighborhood cat damaging them. We could not remove the doors, so we needed a company to come out to replace the screens. Screen Doctors had a better price, and I liked that they were a local daughter-father operated company. Courtney responded quickly to all of my emails and made an appointment to come out within a few days for the repair. She showed us the pet screen held up against our backyard to provide us with an idea of its visibility versus our current screens, as some people find too dark. We thought it looked fine and wanted the durability, so we stayed with the pet screen. Courtney finished the work in less than an hour and we have been happy with the screens since. We had a need to have two sliding door screens replaced after several years of normal use. Courtney did an excellent and efficient job of replacing the screens. In addition, one of the screen door frames didn't slide easily or smoothly and I mentioned to Courtney it was that way from day 1. I had even called the window/glass door installer and asked them about it after the doors were initially installed. They just sprayed the track with a silicone spray and made it slide a little easier. We just learned to live with it. Courtney checked the frame, noticed it wasn't installed properly, made the adjustment and fixed it all in record time. We couldn't be more pleased with the cost-effective service Courtney provided!!
