We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery.
