They have had plenty of opportunity to make me pay for unneeded work and have always been honest about what actually needed to be fixed. Recently, they figured out what was making my jeep run rough. Turned out a rather large and popular after market shop in Syracuse that installed my lift kit and oversized tires did not do so properly! Jeep runs better than it did when it was new! And this is only one of many examples I could give!!! You're crazy if you don't use this shop for maintenance and major repairs!

Things went well until I drove away. I think there are new scratches on my rims but I can't prove that so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have photographed all four wheels prior to the work. The biggest problem was that the tires were not inflated properly. I got warnings right away that three of the four tires had low pressure. To me this is a very basic requirement when replacing tires. All 4 should be inflated to the proper pressure. I feel like this is a very basic service that they neglected to do.

They we're always respectful and detailed. If they found issues while I was at home, they would call me, tell me, give me the option if I want them to fix it. My quotes always matched my bill. I tend to ask a lot of questions because that's how I learn. They took me to my car and showed me the issue. Then showed me what it SHOULD look like, no car place ever did that. I had a new found respect for them after they did that. I always do my research no matter what the situation is. That way, I know what to ask and to expect.

He in turn started to say that he does not do that & that I would not get the same price for parts that he does. He proceeded to turn the cost around and say it was for a warranty. I said that I did not opt in for a warranty nor was I offered the option to opt in or out for one. He then said, "Ok, you can buy the parts, and I will charge you $400 in labor." The scam is real. If you have ever or plan on ever doing business here, please make sure obtain an itemized bill for everything!
