They have had plenty of opportunity to make me pay for unneeded work and have always been honest about what actually needed to be fixed. Recently, they figured out what was making my jeep run rough. Turned out a rather large and popular after market shop in Syracuse that installed my lift kit and oversized tires did not do so properly! Jeep runs better than it did when it was new! And this is only one of many examples I could give!!! You're crazy if you don't use this shop for maintenance and major repairs!

They assisted in getting the car over to Ford and even called Ford to discuss the issue when Ford techs had trouble determining the cause. They took me the day after the accident, and I had my car back almost a week earlier than predicted. Along the way, they kept me apprised of each update, from parts arrival to paint and detailing completion. When I picked the car back up, it looked like a brand new vehicle - not only was the damage fully repaired, but the car had been cleaned and detailed inside and out. I don't want to *have* to go back to a body shop, but if I ever do, Ken's is at the top of my list.

Yet after the appt I have noticed that no cabin filter was done and my brake fluid is not even full and after listening to Tom's phone go off and his son not answer until he was right in front of me and then complained about a customer wanting service same day and his fathers scheduling on the calendar and how he had to fix it because Tom is never there he is always out back just blows my mind YOUR OWN FATHER BUD??? nope I'm good I will find yet another mechanic to do what I need. Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time. The report lets you know if there is anything that requires immediate attention and offers suggestions based on manufacturing recommendations.
