They've resolved some major car issues for me so now I go here for everything. I once drove right off the highway into their lot with every engine light on, and my car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to drive again very shortly after. They even supported me through getting reimbursement from a shop that had done poor work leading to this issue. I feel that the cost is reasonable compared to what I've paid other places, I am often pleasantly surprised with the total for services. Call ahead and they can often tell you when the best time to come in is for the quickest service!

I have Parkinson's and the van has been converted to accommodate a wheelchair and fitted w a ramp. I need it to stay independent. The reviews on Yelp were so positive I called and got an appointment. Allow me to say, you all were so right. This place knocked my socks off. John is so thoughtful and thorough, he doesn't make you feel like a loser if you need to have something explained, and he's a problem solver. McKenzie, the young woman working the counter, is similarly on the job, and is equally thoughtful. For example, seeing I use a wheelchair, they made it easier for me to access the office and in a way that was matter of fact and not condescending. When I needed to return the next day for an inspection sticker, McKenzie met me outside the office while still in the van, and did the back and forth on my behalf. It might seem minor but it's so nice to have someone see and act on the "little" things that make life easier to maneuver. Bottom line: Bayberry Automotive is now my go-to garage of choice. They were great w my car, and w me. They have my strong endorsement.

    I went to Charlie's on 3-11-19 for my annual Inspection sticker, expecting to pay my $21.00 dollars…read moreand be on my way. Needless to say this time that wasn't the case. Charlie came up to me and I could tell on his face he had not so good news. Come to find out my front tires needed replacement, thus no inspection sticker. Charlie even took me out to look at the tires to assure me that he was being fair and honest to this female customer. After talking to him my charge would be $321.00. YIKES! Unfortunately I didn't have it. Not only did he go ahead and order the tires upon my request but he also trusted me to return once my State refund had come in. On 3-25-19 I returned and Charlie replaced my tires and after all was said and done the total came to $287.76. He looked up at me and said, was that what I had told you it would be? I said no actually it was $321.00. He smiled and said you just got a deal. What an awesome experience and facility with honest hard working gentlemen that know how to treat their customers.     We have been longtime, loyal customers at Mark's BUT NO LONGER!! I have always dealt with Andrea…read morewho is always thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly pleasant to work with. When she would tell me how much the services or repairs would cost, thats what they cost. In her absence yesterday I spoke with Mark himself. After an initial call about what was needed, Mark called to let me know how much the work would cost, tax included. I approved the cost and said yes to the work being done. Fast forward hours later and the cost increased $150 dollars. When I arrived at th shop, I asked to speak with Mark about the increase. I asked him to highlight on the receipt where that increase was. He did not do that. Money has always been tight so I pay attention to the details. I have to. After a good deal of time with Mark talking over me, asking if I understand, and trying to convince me that I did not hear the amount that I approved the work for, he says "Listen Doll. I dont have a crystal ball." I have never been spoken to like that by an employee of a business, much less the OWNER of the business! Its "Dolls" like myself that keep his business going. I regret that Andrea was not there. This would not have happened. Needless to say, Myself and my family will never give this business another penny. I question whether you should.
