A couple days later when i came to get the car i paid the lot fee and got my keys which had scratches all over the FOB, I could obviously tell that it had been dropped by the piece of tape holding my key together. When i finally got in my car my license plate bolts were not in my car or in their spot and i was only givin 2 bolts to use for 2 plates (they require 2 bolts minimum per plate so i can drive according to the law) When i was ready to leave their was a mercedes parked in front of me that nobody could get to start and i had to wait for their tow truck driver to try and start it he was unsuccessful. He had to resort to grabbing a tractor and pushing the car next to me out of the way allowing me to make 10 3 point turns to get out of there. I was still a bit concerned though. After all, you give your car away, along with all that money, and you don't exactly know this guy nor this company. And those pictures could have been from just about anybody, running a little questionable business on the side. BUT, it all turned out pretty well. The owner was very professional and clearly very concerned about ethics, which I value greatly. The owner actually picked me up at my house and we drove to the garage, where my car was. He then dropped me off back to my house, on his way to Cicero. So don't be fooled by the pictures. This guy really does this for a living and answers local 911 calls for the police. So it's not some scam. And... he had the best price among the ones I called... by quite a bit.

From that time is was 35 minutes to arrival, but shortly after the 20 - 50 minute estimate, the provider called me to give me a more precise time which exactly matched their actual arrival time. The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo). So, in total, this was an equal or better experience than any other service call I have previously utilized with other vehicles.

She popped both of her left side tires ( She just got these tires 2 days ago). We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. They helped me find a hotel. Made me comfortable in town. Gave me a ride. Most importantly; I was towed in at 4:30pm and on the road all fixed up 1pm the next day after they made sure the car was completely safe to continue cross country. Oh...and the repair was priced very well...they totally could have hosed the outsider. Finally! They documented all the damage as this repair is falling to the dealership.
