I feel that the cost is reasonable compared to what I've paid other places, I am often pleasantly surprised with the total for services. Call ahead and they can often tell you when the best time to come in is for the quickest service!

Allow me to say, you all were so right. This place knocked my socks off. John is so thoughtful and thorough, he doesn't make you feel like a loser if you need to have something explained, and he's a problem solver. McKenzie, the young woman working the counter, is similarly on the job, and is equally thoughtful. For example, seeing I use a wheelchair, they made it easier for me to access the office and in a way that was matter of fact and not condescending. When I needed to return the next day for an inspection sticker, McKenzie met me outside the office while still in the van, and did the back and forth on my behalf. It might seem minor but it's so nice to have someone see and act on the "little" things that make life easier to maneuver. Bottom line: Bayberry Automotive is now my go-to garage of choice. So far, workmanship seems good, no price haggling after the deal was struck and work completed in a very timely manner. Steve came to my house to inspect my vehicle, drove it to his garage for repairs and returned my car to my home when complete. (Pep Boys quoted me $2,800 to replace control arms only, we felt very fortunate to find Steve. Then just recently he quoted a price of nearly $500 to replace the front and back brake pads and rotors on my wife's car, we supply the parts, we feel this price is high. With good tools the work to replace brake pads and rotors for all four wheels should take between 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Any mechanics out there looking for brake work? All in, it was good experience with Pit Crew Auto.
