Seeing as we live in CNY and deal with nothing but water and salt here, and since I'm the type to drive vehicles into the ground before I buy new ones, I decided it was a worthwhile investment. 2 months later, I spill a little water while taking a drink and end up with a water stain on my seat. I called Ziebart, had a great customer service experience with Judy, who said she would squeeze me in on Saturday morning, just 2 days after I called. I arrived right at the time she told me, and was told 15 minutes and I'd be good to go. They fit me in between appointments, and 15 minutes later when I returned, my car was ready just as they said, and the stain was gone, no charge. I honestly was a little worried by some of the reviews, and just feeling as if there was gonna be SOME way where it wasn't "covered by the waranty" and I'd somehow have to come out of pocket, but I had nothing but a great experience with Ziebart.

This isn't the only time that they haven't finished cleaning the inside of the car over the past 10+ years. We've given them several chances in the past where we had to bring the car back a second time. DONE!!!! I do not recommend this location. Ryan was well versed in how this worked and the requirements for this product. It took a few hours to install as he took his time and did everything right. Even though the car was brand new he polished it to bring out even more shine. It has been over a year and 2 winters and the coating is still going strong. Much less dirt sticks to the car and sometimes a quick rinse will get most of the dirt off. Ryan is skilled and up to date. Don't hesitate to put him to work for you.
