I thought that Scotties did a good job detailing my car but when I opened the back cargo door, I discovered my cargo net was missing. I made multiple calls to Scotty, the owner, only to be told where the net was put. I looked several times, no net. I went back to scotty's. When the employee looked for the net he didn't find it either. He brought out 2 cargo nets to show me what they had at the shop. I took one thinking it looked like mine. It didn't fit. I paid $140 for detailing only to have to buy a replacement. I told Scotty I would bring him the bill. He hung up on me. When I called him he said he was disconnected.
