So one of our cats had gotten into our car overnight (cat is ok, thankfully wasn't hot or cold) being a cat he did cat things in our trunk. The back seats he slept overnight. When I went to get in the car for work the cat and his waste smell jumped out at me. We fed kitty and cleaned up the mess the best we could. Sent Lesa an email and she was able to squeeze us in the following week. As a former janitorial owner and a cat owner I knew that dreaded cat smell is almost impossible to get out. So she sent us her one of her finest and he spent a lot of time cleaning and deodorizing. When I came home car was pretty much dry and smelled Great! The deodorizer didn't leave an over powering smell, nice pleasant smell. 4 days later, definitely dry and still smells amazing. No smell of Jango or the previous weird smell that was there either! I had Quality Care Carpets at my home a short time ago and I am so pleased and more than satisfied. This is an amazing company and family owned business. The communication with Lesa and Michael was more than I could ask for from beginning to end. I've had other cleaning companies in the past but this one by far is outstanding and the only one I will continue to have in the future. My carpets turned out wonderful with no left over water residue. They also smell so clean and are very clean. My ceramic tile floor was so dirty and stained that I thought I was going to have to replace that floor. I am so excited! When I bought my car I stated I did not want a car with light colored seats. Unfortunately, the car with the best deal had light colored seats.
