I was told that Tammy would be arriving at 9am on Thursday. The company was kind enough to send me a reminder on Wednesday at 4pm to confirm. Fast forward to 8:21am, day of, and the office calls to cancel. I've already paid for and sent to the grandsons to a babysitter for the entire 8 hours today, AND it's going to take 7-10 business days to refund my $648 I prepaid for your cleaning service. You've cost me money now. Your customer service was very friendly, but it's nothing when it only adds up to trouble and frustration for the customer you said you'd provide a service to. Thanks for nothing.

I've never gotten housecleaning before, so I didn't know what to expect. They were very quick to…read morecall me back. The price was average compared to other quotes I got. (I used request a quote on Yelp.) They had an opening the next day so they put me on the schedule. I had to split the payments into two and the phone rep was super patient in sending the invoice to make sure that happened. (FYI - you need to pay the invoice prior to cleaning.) I got a basic one time cleaning, which was two hours of the cleaner's time. I told her to start with/focus on the bathroom and kitchen, and she spent most of her time in the bathroom. As in almost the whole two hours. That's ok though, because afterwards it was immaculate, and I hate deep cleaning the bathroom the most so it was nice to have help with it. She did get to the counters and the kitchen sink, and the kitchen in general was looking nice too. The cleaning was really thorough, the cleaner was polite and professional. This was a once in a while thing because I had a voucher from work I could use, but I would book again.

My only quibble is that when I had them clean my empty apartment after I moved out, it somehow took the cleaner something like 10 hours?! We were billed more than fairly for that, so I can't complain there, but it was an inconvenience to my previous landlady. EDITED TO ADD: we did wind up getting our entire security deposit back, so whatever time was spent seems to have been worth it! The other two times I've used them have been for regular old house cleaning -- dusting, floors, that kind of thing -- and I've been thrilled with the work their friendly and professional staff do. What would take me days (and would aggravate my chronic pain issues) takes their pros about two and a half hours. My home is sparkling clean, the folks arrive on time, and I have nothing bad to say about them! The woman who was here today even vacuumed the cat tree! Talk about service!

The day comes and the cleaners don't arrive at 1, 2, or 3. About 3:40 two people arrived ( not three as promised) and they arrive saying " all we were told is that this is a new job, we don't know what to do". Jeff then called me and said he would not have them stay to clean for 4 hours ( the 8 hours he had promised). He took no responsibility saying " what do you want me to do?". Well Jeff I expected you to be respectful, not rude, and deliver a service. Would never hire this company.

During my recent experience with this company, this was my results. They did not listen to me when I attempted to tell them they were ruining a piece of furniture by carrying it by the fabric only. They did not wrap my furniture to be moved until I insisted they do so and even then only after they had pushed and shoved it unprotected through a door jam without even trying to remove the door. They were to move a piece of furniture from 2nd story to the 1st story, and the piece of furniture got stuck in the stairwell because they did not have the equipment/supplies to prep the piece and still continued to try to jam the piece of furniture down the stairs (unsuccessfully at that - and had to put it back to the room it was in), damaging not only my furniture but the walls along the way, I guess they should have measured first. Oh wait, you have to be a professional to think of that......I have yet to hear from them concerning reimbursement for the damages. This company insisted they had the proper equipment even after seeing the job intended to provide my estimate, however clearly did not feel it necessary to provide them. I had hired them to clean out/remove unwanted items from a storage area also, but after the first half hour of them botching things, I felt this company was completely inept at handling even this small task. I had to ask to leave, before anything else could be damaged. I am SO disappointed that my surprise for my husband was unable to happen due to me believing this company could do what they were hired to do - as there was not enough time before my husbands' return to go through the process of hiring another company.
