(I used request a quote on Yelp.) They had an opening the next day so they put me on the schedule. I had to split the payments into two and the phone rep was super patient in sending the invoice to make sure that happened. (FYI - you need to pay the invoice prior to cleaning.) I got a basic one time cleaning, which was two hours of the cleaner's time. I told her to start with/focus on the bathroom and kitchen, and she spent most of her time in the bathroom. As in almost the whole two hours. That's ok though, because afterwards it was immaculate, and I hate deep cleaning the bathroom the most so it was nice to have help with it. She did get to the counters and the kitchen sink, and the kitchen in general was looking nice too. The cleaning was really thorough, the cleaner was polite and professional. This was a once in a while thing because I had a voucher from work I could use, but I would book again.

I bought a half-off deal for 2 hours of housecleaning with two people. First of all it took me a week of calling/emailing to actually reach them to make my appointment despite the claim on their website that they have a 24 hour response time. Then she called me to reschedule and could only come when I was at work. My husband took time off of work to be home and she showed up an hour late. He said that she walked around in her muddy boots leaving tracks everywhere, vacuumed for about two minutes and said that she couldn't clean our house in 2 hours. He said fine, what can you do in that time? She said 'I can't do anything. This house needs a deep clean and I don't know how you can have children living in these conditions. It is disgusting and there are toys and Bibles everywhere.' All of the toys were away in baskets on a shelf and there was 1 Bible on a side table (I have no idea what having a Bible has to do with anything anyway). There was nothing on the floor. So my husband said that he was really insulted and asked her to leave. It took a month to get our money back. All we wanted her to do was dust, sweep, and mop but she refused.
