The price for the cleaning was less than what I was quoted, that was a nice surprise. RJ was helpful with giving me quotes for other rugs I will bring in. He was extremely pleasant to work with and an asset to the company. I'm sure I will be pleased with the results because saw the results of a friends rug last week who used this service.

I thought the vacuum would suck up more than it did. 15 min after leaving the above review (with 3 stars) on their google page I recieved a call from General Manager Adan. He came to my house another 15 min after the call and put up a big industrial fan to help with drying. He also offered to have a team come back to move furniture and clean. I declined. Customer service goes a huge way with me and I was impressed with how they wanted to resolve this and how quickly.

Paid over $550 to JPC for duct cleaning in older home we had purchased. After JPC completed work…read moreand we cleaned up after their crew (they left quite a mess) - we pulled up a vent cover in living room, and discovered nightmarish pile of dirt, hair, dust, etc. - across most of the bottom of a 15" duct, including some chrome tinsel from the 1970s! There were also tiny scratch marks where JPC's cleaning tool had passed along the duct, but 99% of the dirt and disgusting stuff was still there. Called the Company, sent them some fantastic photos of how awful they left the ducts. The Company insisted this was a fluke, they returned, made a terrible mess (for a second time), and cleaned again. After the second cleaning, pulled a vent in Master bedroom, and it was full of dirt, debris and dust. Called a third time, they offered to return a third time - but wife flatly opposed to ever having them in our house again. In the end they did not clean our ducts, and refused to refund. Not sure how this company is still in business.

Today, they didn't use furniture protection AND the cat urine smell was just as strong after they were done. I can clean pet accidents with Folex (amazing stuff) but thought a professional clean would be better. I refused to pay the $497!!! Will not be using them again.

They checked my rug with a special light and found she had been sick on it a total of three places. Just picked it up and my pups were thrilled to have it back. It smells clean and looks nearly new. The lady who waited on me carried it to my car and then invited me in to look at other rugs available for sale. I am seriously thinking of buying one for myself!
