Definitely looks better but thought they moved furniture. Apparently they don't so some areas weren't done. Carpet is way more sopping wet than I expected. I thought the vacuum would suck up more than it did. 15 min after leaving the above review (with 3 stars) on their google page I recieved a call from General Manager Adan. He came to my house another 15 min after the call and put up a big industrial fan to help with drying. He also offered to have a team come back to move furniture and clean. I declined. Duct cleaning by 2 gentlemen who seemed nice enough, communication was non existent as neither spoke English . When they finished we had a fine dust on every square inch of our home . My wife is in tears and has 3 hours of cleaning so far after they left , and she's not done. I watched as he used compressed air to clean off his Flexible tool into my SHOWER ! The air diffuser inside the house weren't taped properly allowing dust everywhere. After they left we called and Adon the manager apologized and offered to vacuum the furniture. Angel came and vacuumed , we told him we hear rattling in the squirrel cage when the furnace turns on . Two days later a HVAC tech came out, on a Sunday and found a fistful of debris in the cage and a plastic ball in the heat exchanger . Pictures enclosed . The expensive filters we bought were clogged for a 3rd time since our duct cleaning . Adonis offered the tech fee . But we agreed the foam installed to keep dirt out of my furnace failed . Over $1k spent . A compromised furnace now . I'm a retired Codes inspector, and Carrier trained tech as well , so I know I'm going to potentially have issues going forward . I dropped off a runner to be cleaned. I was helped by a young man named RJ. He helped me immediately and I was in and out very quickly. The price for the cleaning was less than what I was quoted, that was a nice surprise. RJ was helpful with giving me quotes for other rugs I will bring in. He was extremely pleasant to work with and an asset to the company. I'm sure I will be pleased with the results because saw the results of a friends rug last week who used this service. read more

i got the worst services from them in syracuse ny, almost 2 months ago, i paid almost $800 for them to clean my furnace. they said it should stay clean for the next 5 yrs. i see dust still flying from there. 2 person came, a male and female, the guy was willing to do his job but the lady kept stopping him i paid an extra $5 for them to spray for mold, on 14 vents, which was 2 squirt on some of my vants. when i complain about that they chose to argue with me intead of making it right. im sneezing my eyes are red from that sh*t so i basically got rob read more

Good solid service. The guys were quick, efficient, professional. For around $250 I got most of a 2 floor house carpet cleaned in about 1.5 h. They do not move furniture, so prepare for their visit by clearing your stuff off your floors ahead of time. That said, I will use them again. Great service at this price point. They came to clean my carpets about 8 months ago. After they left I noticed a hole in my wall at the level the cleaning machine was used. Now I notice the plug for my elliptical machine is missing. (Haven't used it since.) Some of the carpet stains came out but after the rugs dried some of the stains were still there. I should have contacted them to report this. But never did. read more

The worst experience I have had in a long time. Trying to put my house on the market, I wanted to get the carpet in my basement cleaned. The 2 kids came out, and they were nice enough, cleaned and deodorized the carpet. I should also mention that these kids brought up the fact that they have been working 13 hour days and were exhausted. I noticed the next day it wasn't drying and the following day it started smelling up the 1st floor, like wet clothes left in the dryer too long. I called and they had someone come back out and "fix". It smelled better for the day, but was still damp. The next day the smell returns and I am now showing my house to potential buyers. I rented an industrial dehumidifier to get rid of some of the moisture. I called again and spoke to the owner who says that this doesn't sound like something they did, but the foundation must be seeping water and getting the padding wet. I have lived here for 14 years, I assured him we never had that problem before. Then he asked me why I waited so long to call back. This was only 2 weeks after the initial "cleaning". He sent an expert out who said that there is no moisture in the basement, but the original kids that came out stated the smell was so bad originally that he couldn't go down there. Wait, what?!? I was there that day, there was no smell, and he was down there! What a complete fraud! I had to replace my carpet, as I had 3 potential buyers bring up the smell in the basement. The owner, Mack, lacks professionalism and any sort of customer service skills that a franchise owner should have. I will NEVER use them again. I will also tell EVERYONE who will listen to never use them. My realtor was in my basement prior to any cleaning being completed. If it smelled, she would have been the first to tell me. While the crew that came was friendly and the carpets did look clean when they left, within a week dirt started to rise back up. I have a 11 month old daughter who crawls around on the floors and her knees and feet are filthy just from crawling around!! We don't wear shoes in the house and we vacuum every other day. They don't use any detergent to actually get the carpets clean either. You're better off renting a carpet shampooer and doing it yourself and saving the over $200! read more

Although they were friendly and arrived in a timely manner, I had to call back a few hours after they were done when my receipt came to my email and they charged me for rooms not cleaned. Also, do not waste money on the "deodorizing treatment", it's a total rip off for $30/room when all they do is spray a few squirts from a spray bottle and rake it in and a week later the smell is still here if not stronger. I called back to complain and they sent a different cleaning crew back to redo the rooms needing the deodorizing treatment. So overall, it's fast and easier than cleaning it myself, but the quality of the deodorizing treatment is questionable and definitely check your receipt before paying! read more

I recently had Stanley Steemer clean the carpet in two rooms and the stairs and landing which is considered a hallway. I was told they would arrive between 1 and 4 pm I was called 3 times by Lyle who kept telling me they were running late and would be here soon. Needless to say they arrived at 6:15 PM I had taken the afternoon off from work to get this done as we are putting our house up for sale. I was inconvenienced by this whole thing. And then the cleaners tell me that they had been in my area earlier in the day and had no idea that they had another appointment (mine) that day. And to top things off when the gentlemen showed me the landing I slipped and fell on the way down my stairs. I went to the emergency room the next day and found out my wrist was badly sprained. I did sign there agreement that if I fell I would not hold them responsible . The guys were good and I did tip them $50 even after I fell , it wasn't their fault they weren't told of the crazy schedule. I will never use this company again.
