I told them how to get in( not happy about not being home while they were there). 2.my plumber found they had put a drain hose into a non working drain(also while I wasn't home) and water was backing up into my basement.3.when I did return home, I found when they removed my moldings, they didn't use care at all(both of my contractors told me this). they ripped Sheetrock that I had to fix, 4.took a ceiling fan down, but didn't leave hardware, left dirty ceiling fan(water had poured out of it) and molding with nails in it on the unaffected dining room rug. 5.we also never found some of the moldings(my house is over 150 yo), 6.they broke a deck step when they pulled their machines out(found right after they left) 7. when they removed machines(I was home) not one of them had boot covers or anything. i had to clean up snow from their boots throughout my home after they left. 8. when asked for a bill, 2 months later, was told they hadn't gotten to it yet- they were busy. my insurance agent requested it to close out my claim. was told this all 3 times I called for a bill.
