During my recent experience with this company, this was my results. They did not listen to me when I attempted to tell them they were ruining a piece of furniture by carrying it by the fabric only. They did not wrap my furniture to be moved until I insisted they do so and even then only after they had pushed and shoved it unprotected through a door jam without even trying to remove the door. They were to move a piece of furniture from 2nd story to the 1st story, and the piece of furniture got stuck in the stairwell because they did not have the equipment/supplies to prep the piece and still continued to try to jam the piece of furniture down the stairs (unsuccessfully at that - and had to put it back to the room it was in), damaging not only my furniture but the walls along the way, I guess they should have measured first. Oh wait, you have to be a professional to think of that......I have yet to hear from them concerning reimbursement for the damages. This company insisted they had the proper equipment even after seeing the job intended to provide my estimate, however clearly did not feel it necessary to provide them. I had hired them to clean out/remove unwanted items from a storage area also, but after the first half hour of them botching things, I felt this company was completely inept at handling even this small task. I had to ask to leave, before anything else could be damaged. I am SO disappointed that my surprise for my husband was unable to happen due to me believing this company could do what they were hired to do - as there was not enough time before my husbands' return to go through the process of hiring another company.

Easy to say our life is hectic and because of my illness we fell behind on the chores. We were quoted $350 for the job and when the cleaning crew arrived they refused to start unless they got more money so the quote changed to $450 for half the house and $800 for the entire house. We needed help so we agreed on half the house. The workers came to me and asked for cleaning supplies. No one told me I was providing the cleaning supplies or what was needed. So my husband had to run to the store to get the supplies. They worked for 4 hours and we were told they were going to work for 3 hours. They didn't even finish the agreed amount of cleaning. They ended up charging me $600 for an unfinished job and I had to dig through all the trash to get my children's favorite toys only to find they threw out family photos and my ultrasound photos of my most recent child.
