So after looking at yelp and FB I decided to try Quality Cleaning. I called the phone number to ask some questions. Jordan, the owner, answered the phone and chatted with me a few minutes. He then asked if I was comfortable booking online as it would give me time slots and a quote after clicking the options of what I want. I told him yes and immediately went online. The website was easy to use. I only wanted my bathroom done this time so I selected that. They had an opening the next day. Jordan himself came to my house and was on time. He told me he likes to be there first so he knows how to staff it in the future. He was professional and kind and did a great job. I don't know how prices compare but I thought it was pretty reasonable. The great thing is, you won't be surprised with a charge. You put what you want in the website and it tells you how much it will be. I chatted with him about future jobs and what he can do. I will be definitely booking with them in the future.

My only quibble is that when I had them clean my empty apartment after I moved out, it somehow took the cleaner something like 10 hours?! We were billed more than fairly for that, so I can't complain there, but it was an inconvenience to my previous landlady. EDITED TO ADD: we did wind up getting our entire security deposit back, so whatever time was spent seems to have been worth it! The other two times I've used them have been for regular old house cleaning -- dusting, floors, that kind of thing -- and I've been thrilled with the work their friendly and professional staff do. What would take me days (and would aggravate my chronic pain issues) takes their pros about two and a half hours. About 3:40 two people arrived ( not three as promised) and they arrive saying " all we were told is that this is a new job, we don't know what to do". Jeff then called me and said he would not have them stay to clean for 4 hours ( the 8 hours he had promised). He took no responsibility saying " what do you want me to do?". Well Jeff I expected you to be respectful, not rude, and deliver a service. Would never hire this company.
