I had a 9:30 appointment was told I was the first car of the day and only getting my two front windows tinted wasn't going to be a long job . They do NOT answer their phones I called 3 times after 2 hours had gone by just for the status of the car and what time it would be done and was told 30-40 minutes . So I waited that long , my sister came and grabbed me and my kids to go pick it up . Nobody was at the front desk and after screaming ' HELLO ' at least 10 times a guy from the shop part told me that they had worked until 4 am and got a late start and weren't dont with my car and still would be 15-20 minutes longer . Okay no big deal. 20 minutes goes by go back in and still not done yet . The owner's girlfriend was very rude and said we were being uncalled for for being upset that it's now almost 4 hours they've had the car when should have been a 40 minute job all together , which I dropped my car off the night before mind you . If they just had actually communicated it wouldn't have been so bad . They were so unprofessional knowing we were unhappy then disclosed that my appointment time wasn't really my appointment time and even when showing them the confirmation of it being 9:30 though I was suppose to be the first car I wasn't . Complete waste of time. They booked me a week early for a 9:30 appt, showed up and nobody was there. Talked to him on the phone and he said I could leave my key in the drop box so I did. Around noon I called and sent a text which I got no response to. So I figured he was busy, after 2 I showed back up to the shop to find my car sitting right where I left it UNTOUCHED. They said the appt would take about an hour yet 5 hours later they hadn't even started on my car. This place is a JOKE read more

Very disappointed. Communicated verbally and via texts with promises to complete a job at Rent-A-center to tint their store fronts, which was a client of mine. He ended up telling me it would be more and I paid in full and he never came to finish the job. Lied multiple times and now is a coward and won't answer calls or texts. Complete liars and scam artists save your money, time and aggravation. If I could put negative stars that would accurately describe them. read more
