Brought the van here for an 8am appointment time for an interior and exterior detail. Guy said 2-4 hrs. Called at 2pm and the lady said it should be done shortly..got to the shop and still wasn't done. Guy went to "look" and said it should be done soon. Still sitting here waiting...nothing but excuses from them as to why it wasn't done yet and no one even bothered to actually go to the back to check on it. Never again!!! They are very unorganized, waited to drop my car off, receptionist took my paperwork, told me someone would be right with me, I waited and several ppl that were in after me got taken...when I asked why I wasn't seen yet I got the excuse that the other sales ppl had their names on the invoices, because they made the appointments, which is BS...so they were taken out of order. So unacceptable, Instead of taking ppl in the order they came...I will never take another car there again. Every year it gets worse. read more

Today I had an 800am appointment at your location 980 Hiawatha Blvd. Syracuse NY. Invoice # 305678. I arrived at 8:00am for my appointment and checked in, and the guy who checked me in told me he would inform them that I would be waiting for it. At approximately 10:30am I asked this guy what was going on and he said in a loud offensive and belittling voice "hey man what do you want me to do, I have 47 cars here today". I again asked about it and got not much of a response other than ill have you out by noon. I called the Nissan dealer who we bought this package through and I was told that they and Ziebart have parted way and that their was not much we could do. Shortly after that call suddenly my car was taken on and then after about 15 minutes brought back out and a different guys said you are all set. Having used this service before on a previous vehicle I was always told I would have to wait for several hours for the spray to dry and all which I was willing to do, but this time they just sent me in my way. I was in no rush at all, and never said I needed to go! My concern is, was this service done correctly in such a short time, and why have an appointment time and just sit there and they do not honor it, or even come out and say something like, we are sorry, we are over booked and their will be a delay? Lesson learned, I will never use ziebart for rustproofing again, and never will by a car for my Nissan dealer again as they sold me the rustproofing package. I would love to hear from you about this. My gf got her annual free coating today; as she has done many times in the past. First off, they didn't notify her her car was done for hours (she had been just waiting in the waiting room with me) Second off, they didn't go out with her to make sure everything was fine with her car (as they have done every time prior) Third, when she went out to check the detailing herself, her entire area under her back windshield was scratched on the paint (even scratched the tail lights a bit). She keeps her car pristine and notices everything about it. She went back in to speak to her service person; who came out to look at the scratches. He said he'd talk to his manager. Ten minutes later he finally came back out, and said they used the same rags and products for the entire car so if they caused the scratches, they would've been all over the car and not just in one area. She was pissed and so was I. This kind of harm to a person's car is unacceptable. They wouldn't do anything for her besides provide this BS excuse. read more

This review is for the Ziebart in Syracuse, NY... I purchased the Gold package at my Ford Dealer... Every year I go for the free maintenance. Every year they want me to walk around the car while they pick it apart and try to upsell me. They claim it's their job and they must review the car to document the scratches and dents for both our protection. Some years I have to wait 10-15 minutes to have an associate walk around the car... I noted that the phone number they had for me was incorrect that they needed to use my cell number... They confirmed that they had the cell number in the account record. They promised that they would call when the job was done... They never did... I stopped by after the 5PM closing and was lucky that they were still open for pickup... I said that no one called me to say the job was done... they responded that they tried to call and it went to Voice Mail and could not leave a message... I checked my cell... no calls from them... no voice mail... and said BULLSHIT... Poor business practices... incompetence... I wish I never bought the GOLD ZIEBART package... I hate going there every year... But I paid for the package... other ziebarts are not close... read more

My 2024 Nissan Frontier was coated at Zeibart Syracuse on 3/20/24. Delivery from the Nissan dealer to me was delayed due to issues with the Zeibart undercoating. I thought they had been corrected until I recently removed the spare tire and found portions of the underside of the truck bed and cross member uncOates. I have emailed with pictures and called Zeibart Syracuse NY and not received a reply. I contacted Zeibart corporate customer service and was told they could do nothing as Syracuse is an independent franchise. I am very disappointed. read more

Ziebart on Hiawatha - signed my name to a work order that showed my balance due of $594. I get there and the invoice print out said my balance due was 617.76. This was due to environmental impact charges and shop supply fee. I argued that was not the initial amount I agreed upon. Those fees were never discussed and should have been on the initial work order I signed and agreed to. I get home and realize they charged my card $636.29. an additional 3% fee for using my credit card which again they never discussed with me. Beyond that, the work was poor at best. RUN DON'T WALK from this establishment!! SO MANY HIDDEN COSTS!!! read more

I had my truck done at the ziebart in Hamburg NY and I am very very pleased with Ian and his team. They did just a amazing job on my truck. In fact I also had them do work on my wife's tahoe. Ian was excellent to work with it. He and his team have fantastic customer service and the work they performed on my truck looks like it just came off the show floor. They then installed a tano cover and they did amazing job. No leaks or water getting in back of bed. The undercoating job was awesome. I am truly greatful for having my vehicles work being done at the Hamburg store. I will continue to go and have stuff done to my vehicles. Thank You Ian and team read more

TERRIBLE JOB AND SERVICE ! I took my truck in for it's first annual underbody recoating and had the interior cleaned. I had recently washed my truck and it had a pristine blue finish that was perfect, not a spot on it What I got back was a truck that looked like it was washed with salt water, it was a MESS. They said it was because their water was "hard", then why wash it in the first place if you knew that? The female manager was of no help whatsoever. I will find any place other than these people for the next annual re-coating. About six years ago I paid for the premium package where they did rust proofing on the doors and the under coating. I have not brought it back since then but wanted to do some thing about it this year as they offer lifetime warranty on it. I paid them almost $1000 to do both when I bought the vehicle new. Six years later all of the undercoating has come off and I brought it back so they could reapply it. I understand that they wanted me to bring it back every single year, I did not. They refused to undercoat it even though it has a lifetime warranty and wanted an extra $399! I told the gentleman on the phone so you didn't have to do a single thing for six years to it and now you want to charge me $399 like it never happened, like you never offered me a lifetime warranty on it. Was talked into work with cost over $3,000. Rep informed me he would submit a $100 gift card through the financing company on my behalf. This never happened (three weeks ago). Submitted myself and confirmed nothing was efiled/mailed. I did email both local merchant and Ziebart's customer care. No reply going on week and a half. On positive note rep did get me 18 months deferred interest and kept me informed as to the status (all day wait). Dropped the ball on rebate. Fact that no call/email from both local branch and customer care says a lot too. read more

I want to preface the post by saying most of bad experience took place about 2 years ago. I was reminded of my terrible experience because of a phone call from them. More on that later. I originally came to this location because it was conveniently located next to the dealership where I purchased my car. I had owned my 2016 Subaru Impreza for about a year, and I had gotten my second chip repainted at the dealership which costed me approximately $800 per chip. I decided that a protective coating would be a good long-term investment. I still think that, but I would never go here for it. The sales staff here are very quick to sit you down and sell you the most expensive package they think they can get you to buy. They will pull your credit and adjust their sales pitch to fit what they think they can get you approved for with their Ziebart card. This is a Synchrony Bank card with a 29.99% interest if you don't pay it off on time (thankfully I read the terms). At first they tried to get me to leave my car with them the same day, and that they could get me a rental. Having a lot of experience with rental car companies I suggested that getting a rental car during the holiday season on a Friday evening would be pretty unlikely. I was right and they had to schedule me for another day. My initial appointment took about as long as they stated and the car looked great after it was done. However, I noticed an additional 25 miles on my odometer when I got home with the car. I called and complained. The manager I talked to claimed that he "looked at the cameras and the car didn't move while it was here". I dropped it after that. About 2 weeks after having the work done my car was clipped on the front bumper in a hit-and-run in front of my house. I brought it to the dealership to get repaired, and I decided to check to see how much the bumper would cost to get re-coated. They told me that I could get the re-coat done with an insurance claim. I verified it with my insurance and submitted the additional claim. They pushed me to pay with my credit card and then use the insurance check to reimburse myself. After the car was completed I brought it over to get re-coated. They told me they couldn't do it until a month had passed because the clear coat needed time to cure. I asked them why they rushed me to pay them if they couldn't do it right away. They told me it would be convenient to get things taken care of as soon as they could get me in. Another 2 weeks passed and I unfortunately clipped my bumper on a steep driveway and cracked it. The re-coat appointment slipped my mind and I didn't do anything for about 9 months. This was until I was reminded of it when I started having further issues with the bumper. I returned to them and asked for them to refund my money since the bumper was damaged and it would be pointless to coat a damaged bumper that would be replaced eventually anyway. They said I couldn't and further said that I would be committing insurance fraud. After about an hour of back and forth I got my insurance to request a refund of the money for work not completed. As for today's call. A vaguely threatening call about voiding my warranty if I don't come in for a free annual sales pitch, I mean re-spray. No thanks. read more

Shady, swindlers, especially the manager Bruno, who worry's more about his own image, than he does the integrity of the business he's in charge of. Bruno, is dishonorable, and makes Ziebart look trashy as a business. Brought my Jeep in, told it could be wrapped by two sales guys, only to have to call in a week later to find they couldn't wrap it. Instead they offer to rhino paint it at their cost, only to have to call again a week later for them to give me excuses on why they couldn't do what they had promised. NOW THE GOOD PART... They sold me some Gold package for rust, telling me that it was needed for the wrap they were supposed to do and didn't. So imagine my surprise when I go to pick up My Jeep that is dead in their bay, and made a mess of below with what they call rust proofing. What they did was, cover my rock lights, which I asked to pay attention to, and they didn't, and they plastered my exhaust which now smells every time I drive it. Then they try and force me to pay for it. When I refused, Bruno had to step in, where I was nice enough to pay half (which was my Mistake) I shouldn't have paid anything because it shouldn't have been done in the first place. Bruno shook my hand and agreed on half of $1100. Which he reneged on. He refused to return my calls until I left a colorful one he couldn't ignore. He once again said he would take care of it, only to lie once again. Zeibart has dinged my other wise perfect credit, and is now bullying me into paying for them to have messed up my Jeep. Thankfully, I've been talking to different car dealers through out Syracuse and Auburn, letting them know who not to go to for their rust needs. Oddly enough, they've heard the same thing from other people. Sad, Zeibart let's Bruno give their business a bad name. Purchased my SUV from Romano Toyota (highly recommend them) and when we purchased the SUV we decided to protect our investment. They were offering a life time care/warranty through Ziebart's. This included the interior and undercarriage. Only requirement is that we return to Ziebart once a year for the maintenance. This is where for two years in a row we have been "shafted". First off I understand it's their job but how many time do you have to say no for them to understand I don't want the other BS that you are peddling. That was the struggle the first year not to mention that after getting the SUV back it had scratches on the front and sides. Then this year we go again and once again say no to the BS they are peddling again, for the sake of all that is holy no means NO! But the next day I get a call "hey we noticed some scratches on the front and sides of your SUV", (me in my mind " no shit that's from you last year"), " we would like to offer you a special deal". The deal was to CLAY BAR the exterior to remove the scratches and do a FULL detail of the interior for $299. I should have known better that is was too good to be true. Upon arrival to Ziebart's I started a walk around the SUV and noticed all the scratches were still there. Then when I looked inside they completely missed the third row seats and floor. When I pointed this out they said that there was nothing they could do for the scratches (NOT WHAT YOU SAID ON THE PHONE) and oh sorry about the third row we will take that back in and clean it (THANKS BECAUSE I HAD NOTHING BETTER TO DO). So my wife goes and pays for everything and we leave. It's not until we get home that I see the bill. I got charged for only the interior detail (that sucked!) and no mention of the CLAY BAR exterior. So I feel like they didn't even do it and are just being slick salesmen. I feel like I got ripped off Long story short I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ziebart's for anything outside the yearly maintenance required for the warranty. The prices they charge are not worth the work they provide. You can get better work and better prices elsewhere. UPDATE: I have been in contact with the store and was offered a FREE re-do of the poor excuse of a detail inside and out! For that I will change my star rating to a 2 but nothing more and I will update when I get my FREE re-do. read more

I am sitting in Hiawatha Blvd. Ziebart in Syracuse, NY. I've had an appointment for two months. I was here at 7:30 a.m. and was the first customer in the door at 8:00 a.m. when they opened. They were told when I booked the appointment and when I came in this morning that I was going to wait for my vehicle. At 10:30 a.m. I asked the girl at the front desk where I was in the queue. She said she didn't know and that there was nothing she could do, but call out to the shop and see if they could get my truck in. Since I talked to her, I have watched as I have all morning, car after car go in for their service, and my truck is still in the parking lot. It is now 11:30. By the time I get in for service and then wait for the drying time, I hope I can at least get out of here by the time they close. I've spent over $12,000 at this location for undercoating and ceramic coating on my truck and my wife's car, protective film, and rhino lining on my truck. Now that I'm coming in for my annual services, it feels like I am no longer a priority. They didn't have any problem taking my money on the first visit though. I think I'll look at other Ziebart locations for my annual service, and for any future business when I buy a new car. I think there is a reason why this location has a 1.6 star average rating. Not a good look for the Ziebart brand. read more

Took my 2018 Highlander in for its annual inspection/respray if necessary. They talked me into doing $3,000.00+ of extra work. The vehicle was promised at 5pm but not ready until after 2pm the next day. The vehicle was beautiful outside but inside was very disappointing. The stuff that was inside our trunk area had what appeared to be undercoating on the items and they were thrown back into the trunk and now there's undercoating on the mat. The inside had the cleaning which appeared OK except the carpeting was still soaking wet and the mess in the trunk area. A couple weeks later we had a trailer hitch put on the Highlander and it was brought to my attention that the whole underside of the trunk area was never undercoated. Took it back to have this problem corrected. The original spray was done prior to our purchasing the vehicle, through the dealership. Promised to be done in and hour or two. We spent approximately 5 hours waiting for the vehicle. It was kind of snowy/rainy so we waited an extra hour for 'drying' with the vehicle outside. One week later I washed the vehicle and dried it. Much to my surprise there was significant overspray all over the side of the vehicle. Needless to say I will be making another visit to Ziebart on Hiawatha Blvd. The employees in the showroom all appear concerned but the employees who do the work appear to care less about how they abuse or treat your vehicle. I started the car to leave and was blasted by the radio on high. Try to find some place else to take your vehicle to. Years ago, 2014, we took our Chey Silverado truck here and had a lot of extra things done and all was good but this place has gone downhill since then. Another very disappointed customer. read more

Super disappointed today! I took my suv in for its annual undercoating in which was paid for at time of auto purchase. I've had my car 5 years and take very goid care of it. Of course They tried to upsell , I said no thank you. Then few hours later they called and asked again and also brought up detailing inside. I said no please don't do anything to the inside of my car - just my yearly undercoating. I clean my own car. I go to pick it up: there's crumbs on the seat on driver's side and the driver side mat door and door jamb is completely covered in dirt and mud! My AC was running ( I didn't have it on when dropped off) and there's gouges( that look like they tried to pry it open) in my console. I went in and complained and even the guy who inspected it this morning said it was spotless. Of course they offered to clean it up but I didn't have the time right then. I said you really need to use paper mats. I've never gotten my car back looking like this. So now I have to clean it as for those marks on console they're pretty rough and are going to catch on something I wearing sure . Just because I said don't detail it doesn't mean eat in my car , climb in with muddy feet and whatever else they did ill never know. I'm so upset over this! read more

I had an appointment that I drove almost an hour and a half to attend. I was told that they wanted my vehicles around 8:00am and we were there at 8:05am. Once we turned the keys over we were told they were going to be ready between 2 and 3pm. We got back to Ziebart around noon and we confirmed the timeline because out vehicles were still in the parking lot and had not been touched yet. 30minutes later they said that they were going to be ready around 5pm. At that point i was frustrated, grabbed my keys and we left to where we will not be back to include future services. Lastly, one of the ladies at the front desk, acted like she was doing me a favor by showing up to work that day and presented through her attitude and demeanor. Over the last 5 years I have seen their service decline to where i dont want to have anything to do with it anymore. Since they are a franchise i will definitely take my business to a different franchise owner. At this point in time, I still have no idea why we needed to to drop our vehicles off at 8am just for them to sit in the parking lot till at least 12:30pm when I asked for my keys back. This all around was a really bad situation especially since we have pets that need to be let out. read more

Several years ago, I purchased a pre-owned honda pilot; got such a good deal on it that I decided to treat myself to a remote start and a rust inhibitor package from Ziebart. It felt a little weird to me that they insisted on payment up front (before the scheduled service), and I should have trusted my instincts and not done it. But I did, unfortunately. The next morning (still a few days before the service), after doing some research on rustproofing and used cars, I decided NOT to go ahead with the rustproofing. But I still wanted the remote start. Figuring this would not be a problem since the work hadn't been started yet, I stopped in and advised them of the new plan. The woman--some sort of manager--said no problem, and that she would refund the rustproofing part of my credit card charge, which was about 600 dollars. It wasn't clear to me why this couldn't be done immediately (I was getting another weird feeling), but I trusted that they'd take care of this. Several days later, when I got the remote start installed, they still hadn't processed the refund--and I simply could not get a straight answer about why they hadn't done or couldn't do it right then. The woman assured me it would be done. A week later, I checked my credit card, and the charge was still active. Again, I went in, and AGAIN the manager told me it would be taken care but gave no clear reason why it hadn't been done. I was frustrated, perplexed, and pissed at this point, and I started writing letters to regional ownership/mgmt. Finally, about three to four weeks after I made the original payment (for which services were never rendered), I received the cc refund along with a weird apology note from the manager, in which she once again offered no clear reason for the delay. The only thing I can think of is that they had some sort of sales quota at the time and the manager wanted to keep that sale in the records until a particular date passed. Or maybe complete, abject incompetence. Who knows. Whatever happened, I will definitely never go there again and I advise friends and colleagues to avoid it as well. read more

Precious was so helpful with every issue I had A simple mistake when re coating my under carriage covered a sensor that operates my running boards. I called her and told her that Romano Ford said that was the problem She took immediate responsibility and called the dealership and is correcting the issue. I haven't trusted Ziebart for auto detailing for years after 2 separate issues on 2 different vehicles that I brought to them. The first issue was with my Chrysler SUV which was detailed by Ziebart. When I picked it up and got home, I noticed that whatever cleaning agent they used to clean the HVAC vents on the dash had actually left bleach marks, and left the vents permanently discolored. A few years later, I paid from my new Toyota SUV to be undercoated for rust proofing at the dealership who used Ziebart to perform that service. To maintain the rust warranty, I am required to bring my vehicle in for annual inspection and reapplication at no cost. However, this provides Ziebart with an opportunity to promote their other paid services. During my first annual inspection they were running a deal for external wash and waxing, so I decided to give them another chance. It was getting later when I picked up my SUV after waxing and the sun was beginning to set. The next day, I noticed that the black paint was full of swirl marks that I could not get out on my own. Not trusting Ziebart to do anything correctly, I took my SUV elsewhere to have the swirl marks removed which were evidently due to a novice using a power buffer on my $60K vehicle. Based on my 2 separate experiences, Ziebart appears to consistently employ incompetent or inexperienced people who end up damaging the vehicles they are paid to work on. I purchased the full Ziebart spray package when I bought my new car. 4 years later there was rust starting to chip under my hood and at the door jams. I brought this to ziebart and they said they needed to do a "claim." This "claim" consisted of 6 months of waiting and then was denied. If they can't help keep a car from rusting within 4 years I wouldn't recommend since that is what this company does! I just purchased a new car this year and did not go back to Ziebart. After 3 months of struggle, first through the corporate consumer service, then through BBB (bbb.org), I finally managed to get a refund for vandalized MP3 player. The owner of the Syracuse Ziebart location made me sign a "release" promising to them to revise my review. So here it is - my revision. I initially gave this place 1 star, but since I got the money back, (after 3 months of wrangling with BBB in between,) I changed it to 2. So below is the roundup, chronology of exactly how it happened. I'll leave it up to you how you see this business: 1. Back in July, when I took my car for recoating of the bottom, MP3 player in my car was vandalized. Ziebart promised to send a replacement in time before my trip. I started to write online reviews of this business, which were updated throughout the process. 2. The "replacement" did come. However, 1. It was broken, visibly. Obviously and completely unplayable. 2. Even if it worked, the item came without any cables to transfer music, or to charge the player, nor FM amplifier. These obviously were all necessary to make it work on my car. 3. The item arrived a day before my departure for the trip, way too late for me to fix the situation with Ziebart 4. it came with a short postage ($1.5 short), necessitating my 4-mile roundtrip to the post office in an outskirt of my town on a day when I was busily preparing for my trip 5. It came with a regular paper envelope for documents with barely any padding. 3. At this point, I contacted corporate consumer service office. Email exchanges ensued. Syracuse Ziebart promised to send me a check. I waited. Nothing arrived. 4. Contacted corporate consumer service again. Syracuse rep lied to the service that I agreed to them that I would remove online reviews before they sent the check. 5. At this point, I gave up on Ziebart and contacted BBB. More email exchanges followed. 6. Ziebart sent me vaguely worded email to me through BBB, which confused BBB to think that Ziebart have already sent me the check which I never received. I had to send a clarification. 7. Another vaguely worded email from Ziebart through BBB saying something about the owner having been out of the country for two weeks. 8. Ziebart finally sent me the aforementioned "release" making me sign to promise to remove/revise" the online reviews. Through BBB I wrote to them I had never agreed to remove the reviews, and I would only revise it, and only after I receive the money, and not before. I also wrote it's ridiculous that they make such a demand before compensating for the broken MP3 player. 9. After writing in my corrections in the release in 8., which included spelling of my name, I photographed the revised release for record and sent it back to them. 10. My check arrived last week, on November 16. It still had my name spelled incorrectly in a different place. I've never met any businesses in my experience that have been so creative with my name. Aweful waste of money. The guy that greeted me was super friendly, but that's about all this place has going for it. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for an interior and exterior detailing. Was quoted 5-6 hours, they had my car for 8 hours. Sloppy job on the outside, missed my sunroof and back windows completely. My seats were still super wet when I picked it up so my pants were soaked through by the time I got home. My steering wheel was super greasy or oily, whatever they put on it took forever to get off my hands. But the kicker and the reason I'm so upset is that now, a week after my visit, my car smells absolutely rotten. To the point where I can't drive it without the windows completely down so I can breathe. I've tried airing it out. Air fresheners. Febreeze. Still horrible and I called to talk to a manager and she refused to do anything for me. No discount, no refund, just, "all I can do is say sorry". Sorry, but that doesn't help me breathe in my car. Stay away from this place. *update* The comment below by Cornelia, which is obviously a copy and paste and not personal, means nothing to me. Because Cornelia, you were the one that said word for word that you wouldn't give me any kind of refund and all you could say was sorry. Cornelia isn't really a name you forget. Hmm, let's see. Everyone was friendly so that's a plus but I dropped my car off at 830 and it was not finished till almost 3. Get it back and it seemed pretty nice. Smelled a lot better and a lot less dog hair but on further inspection on the drive home I noticed all my change was gone which whatever the must have been 2$ worth but it says something about integrity. There was still dog hair and drool on the back seat and they somehow scuffed my steering wheel. So to replace that probably costs more than the detailing. So there that, buyer beware I suppose. read more

I went in each year with my vehicle on time with a spray and check up. I had minor rust which I brought to their attention. After 2 years of run around with several different representatives they do not guarantee against rust. Do not be fooled by Ziebart rust protection. It is very expensive they will run you around for years with your claim and not keep their promise. Ziebart damaged my brand new 2015 Honda Accord with several scratches and two deep gauges in the paint. Save your money. I find it very telling that they have prepared release statements at the ready that they can just date, print and have a customer sign. The release states "By signing this release both parties agree that no further action will be taken by either party." I brought the car in for detailing and the sales associate called it a "cream puff" job because of how clean it was. The only reason I brought it there was because of salt stains on the carpet. We did a walk around the car to look for any dents or scratches and he did not find any. It was pouring rain when I picked up my car and I checked it as best i could. I noticed the damage the next day and went back to Ziebart. The damage was on the bottom of the doorjamb. The Manager Misty looked at the damage and immediately said "Well, you know when you sign off on the paperwork you're signing off that the car is in excellent condition". "This looks like it was caused by the seatbelt being closed in the door. Yeah, it was the seat belt". That's funny.. The car is a 2015 that I purchased 5 months ago - the seat belt has no slack so how exactly is it getting caught in the bottom of the door? Next I'm passed to a customer relation associate who tells me that the doorjamb was recently painted. Really?!? Again, the car is brand new purchased off the lot with zero miles. Next I'm told that if any of their employees damage a car they will bring it to management's attention and make a note of it so she just needs to check the notes and get back to me. Not surprisingly she "checks the paperwork" and tells me that there are no notes in the system indicating that an employee damaged the car therefore it's not their fault. I brought up the fact that the associate who wrote up the sales order didn't note any issues when he walked around my car at the time I dropped it off. She said "oh yes there were notes listed". When I asked to see the alleged notes she just kind of stared at me but wasn't able to produce anything. She then tells me that I can drop off some touch up paint and they can buff it out.. Umm no, you can't buff out a gauge that goes through the paint right to the steel frame. When I asked for a refund they told me i had to sign a release that I was being reimbursed t due to pre-existing damage that they were not responsible for. I refused to sign it because the statement was false - the damage was not pre-existing. The Manager Misty continued to provide poor customer service by telling me that they were being VERY generous by refunding my money. Are you kidding me? I paid you to detail my car, you caused several hundred dollars' worth of damage but yet you're telling me that you're being generous? read more
