Had them change out the tailgate in my truck after a minor incident with a trailer hitch. They had the vehicle while I was on vacation and called me three days before my return to tell me vehicle was ready for pickup. When I picked up my truck on a Sunday the truck wasn't washed and had sanding dust hand prints on it still, first sign of an incomplete job. As I said they called me three days early so there wasn't a rush or I wasn't pushing them to get it done quickly. The tailgate doesn't open right and takes two presses of the button now with a little pull, the seam between the handle and the tailgate they filled with some sort of putty filler and didn't even sand it smooth, can see finger prints in the putty, looks like a five year old playing with playdoh could do a better job. It's super disappointing because I had high hopes. Can't recommend you stay away more. They did offer to take my truck back in and try to sand the putty part but the putty shouldn't exist in the first place if they had properly cross checked parts and figment prior to ordering and installing and I refuse to be without a vehicle for three days or let them ever do a hack job in anything I own ever again.
