They fit me in between appointments, and 15 minutes later when I returned, my car was ready just as they said, and the stain was gone, no charge. I honestly was a little worried by some of the reviews, and just feeling as if there was gonna be SOME way where it wasn't "covered by the waranty" and I'd somehow have to come out of pocket, but I had nothing but a great experience with Ziebart.
